I would like to thank James and Karl for their wonderful service! My furnace went out on Monday and Tuesday night we had the huge snowstorm! James gave me an estimate (well after business hours) and answered all of my questions, then squeezed us into their schedule AND braved a foot of snow to show up on-time as scheduled!! They were fast, friendly and efficient and my home is warm again!
