Great and quality service. It’s probably the best service we had among others after we bought our house. They installed the heating and cooling of our new house. They provided everything with a very reasonable price.
Hector and his team are very professional! I am happy with the installation of my new furnace, A/C, the movement of my air duct system, the installation of a new gas line, and the installation of my new Hood range in the kitchen. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
We had 3 bids for a new a/c unit and after viewing the reviews we went with Pro heating. They gave me a date to install only a week out and they showed first thing in the morning and finished by 2:00 pm. Very impressed with their professionalism and LOVE my cold house!!
I made an appointment and then called to hear 10 minutes after the arrival time and was told they were actually running late and wanted me to reschedule for another time due to the technician going to another appointment essentially skipping my appointment altogether! I left work to meet with the technician only to lose hours at work. Completely unacceptable. Who wants to hire someone that doesn’t show up? I’m extremely frustrated that my time was t valued.
If you have any problems with your AC, ask them to send out Adolfo; he's a great guy, nice and friendly; he knows what he's doing and he’s good at it; he came out to fix my AC and duct work even on Saturday; professional and quality work; 100% recommended Adolfo.
Used Pro heating and cooling to install an AC and smart thermostat to my existing furnace. Install was super fast... by the time even realized the indoor coil was already installed. Definitely Recommend.
They did a great job and I would recommend them. The price was fair and the furnace and central air conditioning was installed in one day which included the removal of old gas furnace.
Called and had a technician out the same day to diagnose a faulty furnace, the tech was polite, and figured out the issue quickly, he ordered the parts and a day later we were back to a running furnace! Highly recommend!

I called Pro Heating and Cooling since I needed to disconnect my AC unit so I could move it for a new concrete path. They were able to do it next day and at a reasonable rate. Joshua was on time, friendly, and provided some very good recommendations in future placement. I will be calling them to look at getting a bid on a larger project. Update 4/25/22: Worked with Hector and he was great to work with on my remodel. They rerouted ducts and added new ducts to our addition (they also did a great job insulating the new ducts). His crew explained the changes made and addressed any concerns I had. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Great crew and highly recommend them. If you have concerns they will address them, but also keep in mind good honest trades people are harder to come by. These guys aren't there to just take your money. They are here to provide a service and at an honest price with quality service.
Highly recommend Pro Heating. My 20+ old HVAC died at the perfect time where it was record heat and having a 3 week first born at home. Quickly called around 5 different places to get quotes and crammed over numerous nights to understand as much as possible of HVACs and furnaces and reviews of each brand. Pro Heating was by far the most professional and responsive to all my questions to make sure I was fully informed on my purchase. They gave me numerous quotes of various brands and efficiencies, worked with me to find the right systems for me that was in stock, and even worked overtime on Saturday to install the system ASAP after purchase. Cannot say enough good things about the quality of install, competitive price compared to others, and overall great experience compared to the other companies I inquired about. Highly recommend and have told two neighbors already on my street about them. Loving the cool 72 degrees when outside is 105 around! Seriously consider them when doing research of various install companies.
This team did a great job! From follow up to quoting to getting everything working properly. We added AC to our older forced air system a few months ago. Great price, great service.

I work nights so mornings are important to my family and I. I called and set an appointment for 9 am to get estimate on a new furnace and a/c pump and get it in motion. The guy never showed, no call from Him or the company. Will be definitely looking at other companies.

New house that's making lots of noise when HVAC is on. Pro Heating (unPro) installed HVAC and after they couldn't fix the issue 2 times, said they didn't build the house and didn't make the metal for the ducts so it's not their issue. The worst customer service. Asked the builder not to send them back.
Giving 2.5 rating. Cons : Diagnostics for the problem is 125 dollars according to the advertising. As it took time for them to find the issue , the time spent to diagnose the issue was added labor on my bill which was disappointing. So watch out for what to expect. Pros : job was done well Got 50 percent off the labor bill but still it was high Feedback : I was told until issue is diagnosed it will be only 125. Please clarify this to other customers upfront so that they know what to expect.
Absolutely amazing company that truly cares for its customers.
Great communication, great employees. Our AC issues were diagnosed within 1 business day, then repaired the following day once parts arrived. I will not hesitate to call them again if we need help with any heating or cooling issues.
