Showed no interest in fixing the problem and made me call an electrician to tell me what was wrong with the furnace. Which was another bill that I had to pay

Please read!!! Steve was our tech. I was not home and had my sister in law meet him. He and his apprentice came in and were checking the outside unit for the heat pump to keep up with “manufacturing warranty”. They then went outside and checked the unit. Then came back in and gave a 30 dollar charge which has still not been said what they would be fixing. Then left rudely from what I was told. As can be seen from the pictures of when I got home. They had pulled the fuses out and left 240v live outside where there are lots of kids in the area. I have been an electrician for many years and when I worked residential service this would be a fireable offense. I’m really hoping the company takes this seriously. If not only the conman aspect but the safety aspect most importantly. Date of service: 06/27/23
Noah did a thorough job despite discovering the initial issue was bigger than it originally appeared. Noah was professional and succinctly explained the issues and repairs. Highly recommend. Also, the company swiftly responded and scheduled my repair/diagnostic request.

Replaced the complete HVAC system, which was in the attic in a very difficult working atmosphere. They were very conscientious and careful to not damage anything getting the old unit out of the attic and the new one up into the attic.

Poor cleanup blk rubber pipe covering left on flr blk. Ties,did not bring filter found out on sat when to wash clothes.very upset tues-sat no filter.BAD

Technician was ery professional, came about 2 hours early (thank you!) took care to check the AC so it will work this summer. Advised a change of filter (I did this immediately), and answered all my questions. I greatly appreciate his hard work! I really appreciate the discount rate of $49.00 !!!! Thank you!!!!
