Excellent and fast service! My technician was Zach Spencer. He was professional, knowlegeable, and efficient. I could not be happier.
Mark did an excellent job with servicing our AC and caught a problem with the capacitor before it resulted in an outage. All in keeping with what I've come to expect from Mr. Comfort over the years.
I’m called at 8:00 the day before a holiday and was met by Luz who was extremely friendly and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me for a AC repair from 1-3. Within 45 minutes she called and said someone could be there between 10-12. Barry arrived at 8:45 and had the AC up and running very quickly. I continue to be more than satisfied with everyone I come in contact with and will continue to use Mr. Comfort in the future
Zach was the tech that showed up for my A/C check up and maintenance. He was very polite and was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush the work he was doing. Mr.Comfort leaves a very detailed list of what was done. I really appreciated the photos of the before and after cleaning on the outside part of the unit. I highly recommend! P.S. Zach even brought my Amazon packages in from the porch for me👍🏻
Cody and Mark did an amazing job cleaning my air vents and dryer vents. They were thorough and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. Highly recommend.

Zack Spencer is awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure my unit was operating correctly. If you plan on getting a ac unit I would strongly suggest you ask for Zack, you won't be disappointed the care he put into his work is beyond words.
I’ve had several interactions with Zach from Mr. Comfort. He takes time to make sure the job is done well, and he teaches me in clear terms what’s going on with my HVAC units. Highly recommend Mr. Comfort!
We have had some of the most deplorable HVAC service known to mankind! Super Heroes George, Barry & Cody are courteous, cover their shoes before coming into your home, greet you, your spouse & the dogs! They tested & re-tested their work! Advised on basement finishing. Rick Dameron was outstanding as was the response and followup. As a result, we will bar having them upgrade our heating lane ac.

Would highly recommend! Barry came to our house and gave us a very detailed analysis of our current heating and cooling capabilities. He was very friendly and professional plus explained thoroughly what upgrades or repairs he would recommend and why they were necessary. He showed us many energy efficient options and explained both the short-term and long-term benefits of each. Once we made our decision, scheduling the necessary services was very easy. The day of our service the HVAC technicians were at our house about 10 minutes early and came up to the door exactly at our scheduled appointment time. All of the technicians were very friendly and professional. They did a good job of communicating exactly what they were working on at each stage in the process. My wife has some medical issues and they were very good about making accomodations for her medical supplies and equipment, which was greatly appreciated. The whole crew was very efficient, worked well together, and did top notch work. After the services and installations were completed the clean up excellent. We would definitely use Mr. Comfort Heating and Cooling for any of our a/c or heating service needs in the future.
I want to thank Mr. Comfort and everyone that was involved in the mystery with the A/C unit at my house. A big shout out to Barry for solving the problem.
