The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed up early into the 3 hour window (on a Sunday), and had my problem figured out within 10 minutes (compressor battery). The price was very fair for how quickly they were able to come out and see me about my AC unit. Would very much use again in the future (not anytime in the near future hopefully). Well we needed them again and they came through yet again. It took 3 years but our AC unit had problems while I was out of town. My wife set up the appointment and met them. The technician was great with my wife and fixed us up real quick. Thankfully they could get us in so quick, because it is hot outside right now and the family was melting. As I said before, will use in the future for any reason.

Appointment was on time and excellent service. Once the check up was completed all questions were answered and a detailed report was emailed to me.
I was a little hesitant initially but JD and his team did a great job. They arrived at 8 and finished the install around 5 of the same day. The whole crew was very helpful, respectful, and informative. I've been in construction, design, and engineering my whole life and understand HVAC to some extent and found a couple minor issues which which were quickly resolved. Overall, a great value and good people. I believe they will stand by their 10 year labor warranty.

I had a issue with my Furnace and I decided to give Springboro Heating & Cooling and call and I couldn't be happier! They did an amazing job with providing a great repair to my furnace and they recommended solutions to problems that could occur in the future!

Josh went above and beyond with our service call to fix our broken AC system. Not only was he able to diagnose our issues within minutes of arrival, he provided a thorough cleaning of the outside unit and educated us in the proper care and function of our entire HVAC system for our new home. On the phone, the company picked up early in the morning and was able to get a technician out the next day. Josh came out to diagnose why our AC unit was freezing up. He showed me his process and involved me in the troubleshooting. After we discovered that it was an R-22 system that was missing refrigerant, he walked me through the offerings from his company. The service call could be included in the upgrade price which made me feel like they weren't trying to nickel and dime me.
Josh came out within an hour of my call. Unit is old and is on it's last legs, Josh advised me of pricing for replacement parts vs. unit replacement. He got me up and running after checking over the entire unit. I would definitely use this company again based on this experience.
