MY BAD, WRONG RK PLUMBING, THIS POST GOES TO THE RK PLUMBING IN TUCSON AZ!!!!!! SORRY SPRINGBORO, OH. COMPANY!!! This company is a contractor used by my home warranty company. My tenant is an 86 year old lady who had a clogged show head. Instead of taking the time to clean the shower head, they refused, saying maintenance is not covered. GREAT company!!!! Total class act leaving an 86 year old lady in the same condition instead of taking five minutes to clean the shower head. Can't wait to use this GREAT company again!!

Water heaters never die when it is convenient. I called Rick at 8:30 am and he had my new heater installed by 5 pm. Great service. I will call on him again.

For a "Christian Owned & Operated Business" I was not impressed. Seemed like they were giving me the run around over the phone with the product (Rinnai Tankless Heaters) I was wanting to get an estimate for an install. They are actually listed with the manufacturer as an authorized installer but you could have fooled me by the conversation. Then complained that it would be an all day install and then he referred me to use a different company. Will not be calling RK Plumbing again and will send an email to the manufacturer.
Rick was an absolute life-saver. We had a horrible experience with another company that was assigned to us through our home warranty. I called RK Plumbing and HVAC to try to find some help in a new town that I didn't know. Rick came out within hours of first contacting him and was able to fix the furnace on site right away. He even stuck around for a few minutes to make sure that the furnace was back to working order properly before he left our home. We went three days with no heat in our home waiting for the other company to order parts that we ended up not even needing! I would highly recommend RK Plumbing and HVAC to any person in the Dayton area. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and honest! Thank you so much for helping our family!!
Rick replaced our leaking water heater the same day (Saturday afternoon). VERY happy with the service.
I couldn't be happier with the service received by Rick with RK Plumbing and HVAC. Our water heater died on a Friday night. When I called (close to 9pm), Rick answered and told me he was able to come out to our house Saturday morning. He gave me all of the costs upfront on the phone so we knew exactly what to expect. Rick arrived first thing in the morning. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have very hard water and no water softener at this time, so he recommended flushing our water heater every 6 months (you wouldn't believe how much lime was built up in the old one!!!) and even let me take a video of him explaining how to do that. We will definitely be calling Rick for any future needs we have!
RK Plumbing did an exceptional job of solving our plumbing issue. He was on time and went well beyond what other companies would have done.
This is our 2nd time working with Rick. We had a minor plumbing issue several years ago and he was both responsive and fixed the issue quickly. Fast forward to now, when we had a much larger issue with our hot water heater. We gave him a call and he was able to come out that day to diagnose, temporarily fix the issue to get us through a couple days until he could replace the hot water heater. He walked us through our options - higher capacity tank versus tankless - and helped us make the right choice for our family size and consumption. We went tankless and are so happy- now we no longer run out of hot water, increased our storage area by getting rid of the large tank, and have peace of mind for many years to come. Rick is a professional who really knows his stuff and his work and attention to detail are top notch- we highly recommend!
My water heater failed earlier this month and I had water all over my basement. Found Rick online, and he was able to come out the very next day to replace my water heater and expansion tank. He communicated clearly through the whole process, worked quickly, and did good work. Will definitely call him again for any HVAC or plumbing needs, and plan to have him out to do my furnace tune-up next month.
Repaired a running toilet. Completed the job within 30 minutes and on the same day I called for service.
