Our air conditioning stopped working so l called Sal's. They were accommodating to my schedule and came out quickly. I was impressed from the beginning. I receive a text message with a photo of the repair man and a follow up call letting me know who was arriving and when I should be expecting them. Both men were very professional and extremely patient in explaining what needed to be done. Thank you David, Terry and Sal's! This has been a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Waited a week to get service. Had to take off work a whole day and ends up serviceman came at 5:55pm - inspected and diagnosed problem with AC in 5 min. - said he would have to order the part. My AC is only 3 years old! Called next day to find out part was not yet ordered … so another waiting game. Service could be improved by better communication and respect shown for customers time. I since have communicated with Jason, and am very satisfied with his response and sincere efforts to address these issues and concerns in a very professional way. Thank you Jason!

Can't say enough great things about Sal's Heating and cooling. called them, they came out the same day to assess the problem, set up a day to repair (not an emergency) in ground sprinkling system. Made the repair . They do what they say, on time, the service fella was very nice explained what he had to do. He even reprogrammed the computer for the sprinkling system 5 star service

I don't have a review when it comes to their service but if they do service as fast as they drive I don't want it it's irresponsible and inconsiderate of the road and speeding can kill someone I was coming down 71 towards Pearl road and I was going at least 65 when this Sals heating and cooling van was going so fast that I couldn't even switch lanes without him speeding it look like he was going to hit me that's how fast he was going. I mean he was going at least 90 when it comes to businesses they should have a GPS with a speed dial.

My Hot Water tank quit working. I called yesterday and they had a service man here today. Shawn was very polite, professional, considerate and thorough. So where to begin? Let's start with there aren't enough stars in which I would love to give Al our technician. Al was very professional, conversational, and educational about little questions I had during his time here. He was very quick and efficient as well in the cleaning and yearly check up of the furnace and AC unit. Al went above and beyond with even writing up something for my home warranty company to file a claim about some issues I had with the thermostat since we bought the house. Great business and looking forward to using them exclusively for any of my future needs with my home!

Never use this company. Got an AC unit from them around 2015. Instead of giving us the one we paid for they said they had an “upgrade” for us because that had a couple hundred units sitting in a warehouse and they promised this unit is better than what we paid for. We have had numerous issues with heat and air not working. This April, we tried to start our air and it did not work. Sals came out and told us it was one thing and said they fixed it. Hours later we realized it was not working. They came back another day and said oh it’s this part. They ordered the part and came back again. Said they fixed it. Again hours later realized it was not working. Came out again and said oh it’s actually a different part and this one will cost $1000. We had already paid $1000 for their previous visits (and will not refund us) and now they want to charge us $1000 more and they said this part will take 3-8 weeks. I think that this “upgraded” unit they gave us was just something that had sitting there and wanted to get rid of. Everything about this company points towards them being scammers. I also believe they are deleting reviews. So don’t delete mine. Don’t use this company.

Called April 12 to fix AC. They’ve been throwing spaghetti at wall to see what sticks and here we are now having to wait until at least well after July 4 before this will be fixed. They’ve sent out technicians 6 different times now, they charge me twice for parts services I didn’t need. Well over 1k. Finally sent out tech from American Standard. Now waiting on 1k part even after warranty. Told could take up to 8 weeks. Here we are 6-17, I called initially on April 12. Tech most recently told me “need a new board, it will be 3k because no warranty because I didn’t register product”. I called American Standard and I did register the product. I can only assume he was trying to rip me off because I was able to verify registration within minutes with a simple call to American Standard. How did he get this info that I supposedly wasn’t registered? Lazy. The employees are deceptive, lazy, unprofessional. Charge you up front, throw unneeded parts at problem without knowing solution, they even told me it’s a complicated system that needs specific techs to solve problem. I’m told this during the THIRD appointment yet they didn’t send out these specialist techs until the FIFTH and SIXTH appointments and over 1k later. MULTIPLE times I had to call to obtain estimates, schedule appointments because they didn’t call me at all or took forever with estimates, etc. Our needs should have been a priority since I called very early in Spring and here comes Summer in a few days and still not fixed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they come out in August (I was told it may take up to 8 weeks before this is fixed)) and tell me ooops that wasn’t it and charge me yet again then tell me it still needs more parts etc. Now we are in a heated argument because they won’t do the work unless we pay up front. I’m done with Sal’s after this. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Run the other way. Do your homework. Find another company. Do not use Sal’s!!!

From start to finish, I received outstanding service! I called on a Monday and had a water heater replaced by Wed AM! Heather was extremely friendly and guided me to the right water heater for my home. Upon arrival, Jason and CJ were nothing but exceptional. They were courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. For the first time, in a very long time, I did not feel like I was taken by a company. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the water heater is very good. In addition, I just received a follow up call from Heather. That too is very rare and very much appreciated. As we are getting near the summer months, I wanted to get my HVAC system checked out for the season. So, I called Sal's, the place where I bought my system from 4 years ago, to come out and clean and check my AC unit. I set an appointment with them a couple weeks down the road, so my wife could be here for the meeting... I am visually disabled, legally blind, so I need to have someone here that can help with signatures and such. They kept me in the loop by sending me reminders and confirmations to my cell phone. The day of my inspection, they sent me a pic of my technician and told me that he would be giving me a call before he arrives. I have a really big Rottweiler and a Cane Corso, so I really appreciate it the heads up phone call so I could put the dogs away for his safety! My technician, Alfonso Jones gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. When he came, I told him that the dogs were put away and I had a few questions about the service. He happily walked me through what the inspection consists of and what he was planning to do during this time. He was very thorough in all his steps and procedures, even when we had a few quirks along the way... Our house is automated, so our thermostat has voice recognition that turns off and on our lights, HVAC and many other devices! We found out that it was not communicating with the compressor, considering we haven't had it on this season yet. But, Alfonso took his due diligence to the next level and traced out the problematic situation! We needed a reboot of our system and everything was working just fine! I want this company to handle all of my routine seasonal maintenance for the system, especially with skilled technicians like Alfonso Jones coming to our residence! 👍
