We hired American Climate Control to replace our HVAC system in Broadview Heights and were blown away by the level or service we received. Bob not only recommended products to us but steered us away from other products that were suggested by other companies because they weren't needed. He went above and beyond. Since hiring Bob, we recommended him to friends, family and clients and will do so every day of the week. Thanks, Bob!
I really wish I had called Bob first. In the last couple years that I’ve owned my home, I’ve had four different HVAC companies come out and misdiagnose my problem. My house wasn’t cooling, and would sometimes get up to 85° in the summer despite being told that everything was working fine and they couldn’t explain it, Or that I needed this or that, some of which I dumbly followed through with ,despite it not actually fixing the problem. I caved this week and called yet another business which turned out to be a wholesaler of HVAC parts. They did give me Bob’s number though and I’m so glad that they did. He was able to do a diagnostic trip that very day, and correctly diagnosed and fixed my actual problem in under an hour. 24 hours Later and I am extremely grateful to finally have AC that works perfectly. Even better, The charge for the diagnostic visit was a lot better than what some other companies charge. The cost for the fix… Was a lot less than what other companies had recommended I do. Do yourself a favor and call Bob first!
We have used American Climate Control several times for maintenance over the years and recently had them replace our hot water tank, furnace and air conditioner. We highly recommend them! Bob has always come to our home the same day to assess our needs. He is prompt, fair, courteous and professional. Great business to work with!
We have called Bob out on a couple of occasions. He always seems to get there the same day and is incredibly reasonable and knowledgable. We have referred him out to many people and all of them have been very happy! You won't be disappointed!
