Didn't receive services but here they are parked in the only handicapped spot at the nationwide children's close to home in n Clintonville... You know where kids with handicaps go to receive treatment/therapy.
We have had our system less than 1 year and have had them out at least 6 times and the system still doesn’t work right and our bills for both heating and cooling are outrageous. Now we are in the middle of an artic freeze and our system is set at 72 degrees but not keeping up with the temp now our house is at 58 degrees and dropping. Of course they don’t return calls for emergency service. Oh and when I requested the notes on previous service calls ( the last time we had them out which was less than a month ago) one of the service notes said that the system had been wired wrong. Well based on how poorly it is working now I’m sure it still hasn’t been properly installed.

Amazing service and awesome work. Steve was super helpful, honest and knowledgeable multiple times repairing our furnace and ac unit and easily transferred us to John when it was time to look for a new system. John really helped explain our options and gave us fair, reasonable pricing for a quality job. Time was a factor and even in a supply crunch they were able to deliver us a new furnace and ac unit within 3 days. Brian and Malik were extremely professional and provided superb work upon installation, even going so far as to move our unit 50 ft and repair additional duct work free of charge. We even got a complimentary set of beautiful mugs! Cant say enough good things about Metro and would easily refer them to friends and family.

My experience with Metro Air was such a good one it motivated me to post a recommendation so that others may benefit. The company promptly sent out a technician to examine our furnace and a/c unit after a technician from another company (the result of my wife using a "free inspection" coupon) scared us by advising that our furnace was hazardous and should be replaced immediately! Metro Air's technician assured us it was not an emergency but our old unit was in need of replacing - but just the furnace part rather than the whole unit! Imagine that...honesty rather than an attempt at a bigger sale. The company replaced the defective furnace portion at a very reasonable price, and did so when they said they were going to do it. In summary - I HIGHLY recommend Metro Air.
We needed a new Furnace and AC unit for our home. We had 5 different companies give us quotes. Metro Air matched the lowest bid which included better equipment than 3 of the other companies were going to install at $4,000 more! The entire process was amazing! John our salesman was professional and knowledgable and did not try to upsell any equipment that we didn't actually need. Also, they couldn't replace our furnace for 4 days, so John volunteered to temporarily fix our furnace until they could do the install. This was huge because it was pretty hot without AC. The install team (Brian and Walt) showed up at 7:00AM sharp and were ready to go. They were super professional and respectful of everything, even putting down drop cloth so they wouldn't dirty anything while they worked. They did an outstanding job and did a truly professional installation of the equipment. They explained everything and just made me feel like they really wanted to do the job right! No surprise fees or anything. I can't say how pleased I am with the install and the entire purchase. When you make a big investment like a furnace and AC, you want to know you are getting what you are paying for and that the equipment is installed correctly. A+ to Metro Air on everything.
