Within 24 hours of our call, he responded and was incredibly helpful! He was very understanding of my lack of familiarity with the new property, located the issue promptly, fixed it, and thoroughly explained everything to me. There was no pressure, and they gave me options. Very nice! I would strongly suggest it.
The service provided by Mozes and his colleague was exceptionally good! We went from having 15 degrees in our home to a toasty 24 degrees after only a few hours of work- dramatically improved the pre-existing heating system by moving the air pump and adding new ducts in the rooms. Best thing was that absolutely no trace was left behind of any of the work. Place was left perfectly clean and warm! Look no where else for your heating solutions- these folks are the best- punctual, communicative and extremely efficient!
George was our technician. He was very honest with his analysis. I just wanted the tune up and that’s it. He found a few things that needed adjustment. He was very thorough. I paid exactly what I expected from the beginning. No pressure. Would fully recommend this firm to everyone!!

Had our first maintenance visit today and all I can say is that Kevin is the man! He really explained in detail what the state of our HVAC system is in and of course any recommendations to prolong its life. The best part of his explanation was that he spoke in a way for me to understand instead of just using the disciplines lingo. We will continue to use Henson Heating & Air Conditioning for any of our future HVAC needs.

I called this company on a Saturday night at about 9 pm. It was hot in our home and the kids were tired. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem on site! No overtime charge, no weekend charge, just good and friendly service.
Our tech was incredible! He is so trustworthy as he has proven himself more than once to be diligent at determining the issue at hand as well as the best way to remedy it. I am very happy with his willingness to help and be upfront with procedures and cost!
Henson Heating & Air Conditioning Iis outstanding. They did a GOOD job installing my new HVAC system then have taken care of maintenance since. Always spend the time to make sure I understand what he is doing and really cares about my system. Great company to work with.
I had other estimates and by far Henson Heating & Air Conditioning was the most thorough, professional, timely and in the end did more than expected! I would highly recommend them, at the minimum you'll get a thorough inspection of your system and options! The whole team was exceptional!
Horrible. Do not try to hire this company. I bought the service plan and scheduled an appointment for the same day between five and eight. I called back at 7:15 and they said they needed to reschedule for days later not the next day. That’s unacceptable I canceled everything, hopefully I’ll get it back. Do not call this company.
Booked a tech to come out between 10am and 1pm. Sales guy was pushy about the yearly service plan. I told him not until I'd seen their work. From here I was forwarded to some central scheduling company called Premium Home Service who contacted me with the job confirmation. Day of, and there's no call/no show. 1pm comes and goes so I call them and find out that the scheduling department decided to cancel my job for some reason and not bother to inform me. Was actually asked: "Would it be possible to reschedule?" It's ONLY possible to reschedule. /facepalm Why would I bother with an annual plan with a company that can't even call me to let me know they won't be coming? I wouldn't. Suffice to say I'll try someone else.
Had Kim come by to do a general service! Very upfront and honest guy. I have had other companies come in the past and now I will be Henson Heating & Air Conditioning only from now on!!! I didn't feel pressured in to an up-sale. He told me proactive ways to keep my system I have running smoothly for years to come. I know when I need a new system this company will be my only choice!!!!!! A++
Roger was very thorough inspecting our 3 rooftop units. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Looking forward to them taking care of our regularly scheduled maintenance going forward. I highly recommend using them.
This is by far the best service I have received from a company anywhere! Hands down!!!!!! They were in my driveway less than an hour from the time I called. The staff is super friendly and professional. They made me aware of what they were doing from start to finish. I highly recommend Henson Heating & Air Conditioning!!!!!
The person they sent spoke a different language than English and we could not understand each other. He did not understand anything I said to him. I just wanted to pay him and have him leave and he didn't even understand that. I would never call them again

Henson Heating & Air Conditioning came by and showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely fashion. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
