Called for plumbing job - did not get it fixed after two tries. Called Gill Plumbing and they took plumbing apart and fixed it straight away.

Spoke with Tammy in the office first thing in the morning regarding a leaking toilet. Shawn came right out within an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Cost was very reasonable and really happy with the service. Both Tammy and Shawn were super nice and professional.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I was having trouble with the thermostat and they tried their best to research the exact model and even attempt to help me over the phone. This type of customer service you do not find in may places. Tracy is always so helpful and accommodating in setting up appointments and the service technicians very polite, efficient and prompt. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They know their business and appreciate and take care of their customers.

Pipe from my toilet was leaking into my basement. Was that old cast iron pipe and needed to be changed to the pvc pipe. So my husband removed the toliet and cut halfway through the cast iron pipe then decided he rather have a professional do it. So he call parlier. Two guys came out. They finished cutting through the old pipe and changed the pipe. The pvc pipe they put in looks like they found it at the dump. Its all dirty, brown, and scratched up. Didn't remove or put my toilet back. Were only at house for maybe an hour. My husband did more work than they did and they charged us $254. I will never call them again. If you are looking for a reasonably priced plumber don't call parlier!
