KM installed my HVAC system in 2014 and it has worked flawlessly since. We schedule an annual checkup on the system and KM's technicians arrive as scheduled, work efficiently and are always courteous. Today was a scheduled maintenance day and we were not disappointed! Thank you KM! Keep up the good work!

The technician JJ was prompt and on time for the appointment. He changed the filters and serviced the AC in the attic and the outside unit very thoroughly. He told me everything he was doing and explained it well. He was pleasant and competent.

I’ve known Kent for 20 plus years. I used him when he started his business and was very happy with his services. As a general contractor, I used KM on the HVAC and electrical side with no complaints. After being in our current house for 20 years, our original KM installed Trane heat pump needed some attention. Since we have no intentions of moving, we decided to have the entire system removed and replaced (including duct work). Probably overkill, but it’s what we wanted. What a difference a 20 year newer heat pump makes! The heat is warmer and the unit is quieter. Money well spent. Unit was installed quickly and professionally. Thanks to Kent, Josh and the entire KM team.
They were closed on weekends. However, when someone needs electrical help. There is none. There should be some one call 24/6 where people can get something worked on. Especially, when it comes to More Money in your pockets. Think about that. Have a blessed week
