We came back from Vacation and found our HVAC out and tripping the breaker. All Done was quick to answer my calls when no one else was available. They diagnosed it same day, and even showed me the troubleshooting as it was done. They were very quick on the installation of my new usnit, very affordable, and definitely helped my family and I out in a jam. I highly recomend them. May add photos later. *
the internal air filter froze, I called them and they arrived after 4 hours. They turned on gas and charged me $800 dollars, after two days it froze again, I called and they answered me within 2 days, and then they sent the same racist and bad-tempered guy to fix it but he only put fire on the filter and turned on gas again . So he left me a receipt for $480 dollars for that, now two days later the same thing happens, it's still freezing. bad service I do not recommend it and I have proof of what I say
