Put in system 3 years later stopped working they didn't file warranty paperwork so only 5 year warranty going to cost us over $14000 to replace everything 😢 how can he live knowing what he did wrong

Scheduled an appointment for split system hvac repair - they didn't show up - or call - until almost 2 hours later, after I had called them, to inform me they had a job taking longer than expected and they weren't sure when exactly they'd make it out. The next day, after a no show/no call - I called again, to determine if they were still planning on coming out. Upon returning my call, they "promised" to be out at 9am the next morning. In essence, they were 2 days and 3 hours late - before I decided to call again and express my profound confusion, and to find myself in exactly the same situation I was in, almost 3 days ago. I strongly recommend not using this company. I also strongly recommend they consider a name change because they are, quite literally, the polar opposite of "On Time."
