Not a customer, just a fan of the wolf. Based on the wolf alone I assume the company is terrific.
They didn't fix anything, a kid sat there on the phone the whole time talking to someone else, charged me $2000, within a few days it was 80 degrees in my house again.
Lost heat on Christmas Eve, the folks at Travis HVAC were the only one of eight contractors to return my call. Got my unit up and running quickly. Highly recommend.
We had our heat go out on Christmas Eve morning. Called Travis to get an appointment, got a voice recording and we left a messge for a call back.. He called back in a timely fashion. We discussed what our HVac was doing and He gave instruction over the phone to solve the problem. He was booked solid for this day and didn't want us to have to spend Christmas without heat. We are new to this area, just moved into this home and we found our HVac company for future needs.
TRAVIS Hvac is the absolute BEST! I called Saturday morning and greeted by Travis who was very personable and welcoming via phone and I was happy with just that; being I’ve called several Hvac companies prior to and was greeted as if they were annoyed by my call and didn’t want to help… I was informed that a tech would be out in an hour and he was there before hand. I met James and he was very knowledgeable personable and welcoming to walk me through what was going on with my hvac. It was blazing hot outside and he managed to still keep a smile and talk to me about his experiences, the problem with my hvac all while working and sweating buckets. James even checked other parts of my unit and wasn’t trying to nickle and dime me for everything. He finished in about 40 mins and “Viola” the air started to blast!! I’m so glad I went with you guys Travis and James thanks a ton you guys were great!
Tried to convince the tenant that the entire unit needs to be replaced. Must’ve received 10 calls and 10 emails after a simple repair service call. Paid 110$ for them to tell the tenant the entire unit to be replaced. Had the AC fixed for 200$ just a capacitor issue. A month later I get a Call to confirm an appointment for an additional estimate even though we never asked for one. Elissa decided to simply hang up as soon as I asked who scheduled this appointment.Apparently that’s the manners we have to deal with nowadays. That’s a reflection of the fake professionalism you may get if you hire them. I feel bad for folks that don’t get a second opinion.
My AC went out on July 4th weekend. Travis came out the next day and by Tuesday it was repaired. I was very confused as to whether or not I should replace the entire unit or just the evaporator coil. Travis was VERY helpful and took time explaining the pros and cons. I am very impressed with the quick service and the fact that I got a call almost right away. The guys were professional and nice. And once the AC was installed, I got a follow up call and a week later a courtesy call to see if everything was still working okay! I highly recommend Travis Heating and Cooling. I will definitely use them for maintenance and I have already given referrals. TOP NOTCH!!
Just had a wonderful experience with this company, our Ac went out tonight and called this company and they came out at 9pm after two other company’s never returned my call, James called and was polite and professional he knew just what was wrong, my drain was clogged and had my ac shut off for safety reasons he unclogged the drain and had me cool air. I wanted to say thank you James and thank you for letting us use the coupon we had 69.00 is all he charged us again thank God you called us back :) your a good man James and we will always use your company.. If you have extra money burning a hole in your pocket, then definitely call Travis heating and cooling to come diagnose a minor concern with your AC system. You will get to know them on a first name basis with the multiple trips and misdiagnosis. Three separate trips for the same concern and it still wasn't fixed. One of the trips they even wired the thermostat wrong and had to send the lead tech, who figured it out and called the other repairman back to show him how to do it correctly...really? Kept charging me for parts that did not fix the concern, and the owner, Travis, would not call me back. I finally hired another company to get the problem resolved.
My husband and I had wonderful experience working with Travis and his team. We purchased our home in 2016 and had problems getting heat and air in our master bedroom and one other room. Travis and his team completed a thorough evaluation of our home and found the problem that so many in the past did not. They found one of our returns collapsed due to the framing of the dutwork system. The framing surrounding the ductwork was built with a 3 inch hole and should have been a 10 inch hole to properly fit the duct work (something the builder should have caught). Travis was able to partially connect the return so that we could get at least 40% of air and heat to our master bedroom. Our room feel so much better now. Prior to this we were using a fan in the summer and a heater in the winter in the master bedroom. We are cool now and we get heat as well. Travis worked tirelessly to provide a solution to an issue that was not his to solve. We are so grateful for the many hours he put in on his off days. Thanks so much for your patience and time. Gentlemen that came to inspect my unit was very rude and seemed like he had other places he wanted to be. Not thorough. I will be using someone else as I’m not confident they even actually care.

I called on a Friday evening and they were at my house the next morning. Really quick response, wonderful gentlemen and extremely professional. They kept in close contact with me when they were enroute. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs.
We have used this company multiple times for our AC unit repairs and maintenance. The technician Kevin that was sent was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Appointments by phone were quick and easy.

Called Travis late AM and arrived the same day at time specified. He provided a quick resolution to our AC not running after only a few minutes of evaluating the situation. After cleaning a clogged drain pipe and drained the water out of the pan on the furnace he had the air working. He stated that in time we would need a new Central Air Unit to replace our 18 yr old one but assured us that it was not necessary at this time. He showed a genuine concern for me, the customer. I highly recommend Travis Air & Heating for your HVAC needs. QUALITY + PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!

When my ac system was starting to act up I got referred this company and they seemed on paper to be quite a dependable and reliable company. The problems began when they were one hundred percent sure what the problem was with my ac on four separate occasions. Each time it was charged and the problem remained. After the fourth time they pitifully attempted to fix the problem only then did they finally suggest to replace the ac system. After pricing both of the different ac systems for the same price they soon became much more unresponsive and ghosted me worse than my ex girlfriend. The owner Travis claimed to be dependable and the only thing he became dependable at was pretending that he didn’t exist.
I would like to let everyone know that I never write reviews but the experience I had with this company and the owner Travis was the worst professional experience I have ever had with any company!!! I want to warm everyone that reads this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Travis came out and fixed my heat and charged me over $200. 00. about 3 weeks later my heat went out again. Travis came out and worked on it again and about month later my heat went out again. The 3rd time he came out he replace a part in my furnace with another used part for about $280 and told me that it should work and that he was trying to save me some money. He advise me that if that part didn't work that he would get a new part and I could pay the difference. Well about 5 months later my heat went out again. I called Travis about the part and told me that he would replace it. After that I never heard back from him. I called multiple time and left messages with no return call and the mean time I was without heat for a week. Finally I had to call another company who came out and fixed it. I will be taking this to court but hopefully by writing this I can save another customer the same bad experience. 4/12/21- I just saw your update reply 8 years later. The parts that where installed failed within months not a year later. My number and address has always been the same and I called the company multiple times and never got a call back after these services. I have never seen or received a message from you since that original post. My number and address has never changed so you did not try to reach out to me or resolved this issue or offer any other services. I stand by what I said and it’s all true.
