Lance is a lifesaver! He responded quickly, came out to fix my AC fast, and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He is professional, polite, and obviously knows what he is doing! Thank you SO much; could not recommend enough!!!
I first chose Polar Air Cooling and Heating because they were a local company and had a user friendly website that included prices for their services(which is rare for an HVAC co.) Scheduling was very easy and Lance was quick and responsive. Upon arrival, Lance was friendly and helpful and did a great job. He was thorough and explained what he was doing in simple terms. He did not try to sell additional services or products. The services were fairly priced and I was pleased with the work. I will definitely be using Polar in the future.
Just called them to ask a question about pricing a repair and they were so helpful and informative about my issue. Definitely will be calling back for future issues and service.
Lance was absolutely exceptional. He was quick to text me when I initially called but dropped the call, letting me know he received my request and I could call back if I had any questions - this gave me a great feeling immediately. We had about a 15 minute conversation regarding my issue, and he was at the house the following morning working away. The problem was identified within an hour, and the AC unit was fixed by end of day. I just purchased this house and the AC issues were 'the last straw'. Lance really expressed his experience, professionalism and swiftness to get this all corrected. I will 100% be calling him again should there be anything else that needs to be done.
We will always use Polar Air for all of our HVAC needs. Lance has fixed our system on a couple of occasions. He is always responsive, fair on price, and does great work. 10/10!!!
My wife and I were lucky enough to have Lance replace our ductwork and air conditioner which both were past their use by dates. My wife has not sneezed or suffered allergy type symptoms since the installation. Lance was by far the cheapest quote and his team were always friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. As it is his own company he has to stand behind his team and work and it shows. I would recommend Lance to anyone.
Excellent work. Called on a Monday, came out of Tuesday for a quote, mini split installed and working great on Thursday. Very fair on price. Trustworthy. Highly recommend
I have a 20 year old ac system. It has not been performing efficiently or effectively. Polar air came out the same day that I called and did a complete assessment, performed maintenance, and gave me helpful tips. The service was top notch and fairly priced. I will definitely use Polar Air for all of my heating and ac needs.
My father ran into Lance at a local store and Lance offered to look at his Heating/Cooling system, and came back this to fix the issue(s), The price was better than he expected, words cant describe how grateful he is for him/his services. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!!

We went from oil heat to heat pumpand replaced ourA/C unit. Polar heating and air. Did everything in two days. The price was better than any other quote we received. They really know their business. Installation was perfect. Very professional and I recommend them. Best heating and air-conditioning business in the Statesville, Mooresville, Huntersville area.

I would highly recommend Polar Air heating and cooling. Had to call for emergency at 9 pm as my air conditioner froze. Lance was here within one hour. Found out that parts had melted. Lance got it working. I could not be happier. Will be using them every year for to check that everything is working.🙂🙂🙂

Saved me a bunch of money. After a big name company came in I decided to get a second quote. Repaired my unit for under $1000 while I was told I needed a new one by the other company. Trustworthy.
