My experience with Service Medic Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent! My wife and I decided to replace our two HVAC units (both ~20 years old). We had several companies quote the replacement and Service Medic was by far the cheapest option. Service Medic was very professional, responsive, and answered all of our questions. They replaced the upstairs unit on the first day to ensure we had AC for the night. They then replaced the downstairs unit on the second day. It was high quality work on some very hot summer days! My wife and I are very happy with the results!

I called Service Medic on a whim for a new HVAC quote after not being impressed with the larger companies I had talked to. I’m so glad I made that call. Sam and Adil installed a new gas pack and split unit in my home and I could not be happier with the results. Not only was the price very reasonable, the customer service I’ve received has been phenomenal. I’ll be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward and would recommend them to anyone.
Sam and Adil make a great team. We were having issues with our A/C unit and they were able to come out next day to diagnose the issue and were back the day after to replace our A/C unit and furnace (can't thank them enough for their prompt install/repairs in this heat!). They took extra care to keep our home clean throughout the process and we are very pleased with their work and our new A/C unit. Sam and Adil do great work for an affordable price and are reliable, honest, knowledgable, and professional. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Service Medic for any HVAC needs. I called Sam and told him that my heat pump had gone out and that I wanted to convert to a gas pack. He and his partner came within days and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. They were so kind to work around my schedule. The installation was flawless. They came when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. I will always call on them for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!
Thoroughly impressed with Sam and his team! From the initial contact through installation they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, with the utmost attention to detail. I have completely remodeled my home from top to bottom over the last 3 years and Service Medic by far provided the best experience of any contractor I have dealt with! In doing my research in advance of the purchase I called the other guys touted as "Best of Holly Springs" for plumbing and HVAC and they weren't even close on pricing and value. Do yourself a favor and call Sam for any HVAC needs!

Sam and his team did a fantastic job. They evaluated our old system, made recommendations, and quoted us for a full system replacement, which was needed. After having a few other companies quote the same job, Service Medic had the best pricing, by far. The best part of the job was that they did exactly what they said they would do: They showed up right on time and hauled the old system out on the same day. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Service Medic!

I can not say enough great things about Service Medics! Service Medics replaced our upstairs AC unit. Sam was very responsive in getting us a quote and got us on the schedule so fast. The day of the install they were very professional and completed the install quickly. They showed us the new system and how to work it. The whole process moved really fast and now we are enjoying our new AC unit. I highly recommend Service Medics!
Sam and Adil were great help to resolving my HVAC failure due to a power surge. I used to have a certain HVAC support I would call before Service Medic but after the work and the price difference, I will now look to use Service Medic for any future issues or upgrades I need for my home. Whole outside system needed replaced and they not only provided options, but affordable ones too! They also provided information about the good/bad between brands and provided recommendations without any "salesman" attitude you may get from other HVAC companies. They resolved the issue in timely manner during cold months and a job well done as we have heat again! They have serviced others in my neighborhood (which is how I come to find them) and everyone has been pleased with their support. Highly recommend for their service and support, you won't be disappointed.
Our A/C gave out on one of the hottest days of the year. The next day, it was fixed. The company I always use was busy and couldn't get to me until later that week. With a 14 month old and a HOT house, I was in desperate need. Then I found Sam at Service Medic. I called him and he swung by as he was on his way to another job. Sam and Adil (business partner) diagnosed the problem, gave me a solution, and they had it fixed the next day. We were due for a new A/C unit as we were on year 16 with our old one. Sam and Adil were very knowledgable about the process and gave me clear instructions on what they would do. They also gave me a time that everything would take place and they came through on that promise as well. I was not given a 2 hour window like most places. I was given a specific time and they were there. Another great thing is that their work was clean, professional, and very cost friendly. If you are looking for your next "A/C Guy," look no further than Service Medic. You'll be glad you did.
We have used Service Medic multiple times for AC repair and maintenance, heating maintenance, UV whole house air purification system for our HVAC, a new water heater and other miscellaneous heating and cooling needs. Sam and Adil are extremely professional, trustworthy, talented and some of the best heating and cooling specialists in the triangle. Sam installed a Trane split system and a Trane gas pack for me. His work was flawless and his prices were very affordable. Sam really cared about me and was acting in my interests. I know he will take care of me and my new systems with reliable maintenance and prompt service should I need it in the future. Sam is so very personable. The entire experience was stress free and enjoyable. His workmanship was impeccable and his knowledge and honesty are unbeatable.
Sam was very professional and took the extra time to install my AC and furnace the right way. The attention to detail and addressing my questions were important to me. The install was very neat, they even leveled my old heat pump and bundled up the lines. Small local business and they do their own work, highly recommended.
We, like several in our neighborhood, inherited a poorly installed HVAC system contracted by our builder. Since the day we moved in it gave us headaches and was in constant need of repairs.
