Amazing! That is all we can say; Dexter came right at the beginning of our service slot, he was friendly, helpful & courteous. He did the diagnostic and found the issue was with our thermostat, not the system, cause by a power outage in our area. It was great to know that his honesty saved us a lot of money; we thought we were looking at $2K+ but we paid $500 and this includes a 1-year service plan. We have never used them in the past, but will moving forward. Thank you Dexter Davis!! We
Our A/C was not working, Home warranty sent us 2 different companies 1 was a week out the other 2 weeks . So I called Ideal was around 4pm and they sent Blake over and he was awesome. Had us up and running in know time . I am very happy with there service both by the technician Blake and customer service. Would highly recommend using Ideal for your next HVAC need . Also signed up for there maintenance service which was a no brainier. GREAT WORK IDEAL … Thank You Steve

Technician checked my system then explained to me what he found wrong, he then offered multiple repair or replacement options. Adam came to my home last night to go over the repair proposal and cost. Very professional as are all his coworkers.
The most Honest, Best, most Professional Company ever I had. They installed a brand new AC, and my family enjoying the cool air. Ideal did a fabulous job putting in an entire new HVAC system to replace our old one that died. They changed venting to increase airflow in a bonus room, which made a huge difference.

Amazing staff and crew. Very patient, kind, and explained everything to me without belittling my lack of knowledge, lol. Not to mention, they were very prompt in returning calls, appointments, and even followed up for quality assurance. Couldn't have asked for a better company. I appreciate that "we see you as a person, not as a source of revenue" approach lots of companies have today. They worked with me and help guide me in accordance to my desires and what was affordable to me as opposed to what was the most expensive or most popular and left me feeling confident in my purchase. Even the city inspector was quite pleased with their work.
Had an electrical breaker go bad that took out our compressor. Ideal responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and went above and beyond to procure the replacement part and get us back on line. Just in time before 80+ degree temps and incoming guests. Very professional and accommodating folks!
This was the 1st time using Ideal for my yearly maintenance. The tech was on-time, very professional and very responsive. He asked and answered all the questions I had. He did a very thorough cleaning of the hvac system and checked more everything very carefully. We would recommend their services and will be using them going forward.

reliable and proficient company, but too much confusion about cost of service
Dave is friendly and even my grouchy cat went to him! He called keeping me informed. He was on time. My HVAC is working great 👍 My AC didn't work when it got got. Dave came back same day I called. He explained what was wrong. He fixed it with an upgraded part that my new system needed to drain the built up gunk. He gave me a choice to diagnose and clean the build up free of charge. I chose to fix the problem with a drain that works, and guaranteed no more problems with continued maintenance. Thank you Dave!
