I don’t know what the actual work is like we didn’t get that far they came out for a diagnostic which was $170 because it was on the weekend and the tech literally said “I can’t tell you exactly how much it could be anywhere from 10-20k to replace this whole thing plus you should do the furnace while we are at it… ummmm no that’s ok. I’ll get another opinion. Ended paying a couple hundred to replace the capacitor and refill the coolant stuff. It’s not a whole new unit but it did the job and I don’t have 10-20k to spend on something I can get by with for a couple hundred. So if you just need a fix these are not your people if you want the works maybe they are.
The HVAC tech was able to come in, diagnose and repair the issue within the hour. Alexander Services were the only HVAC that had people available same day.
Left an email message in middle of night as our AC was not working received text at 7:30am for an appointment at noon same day. AWESOME!!!!! Thanks!!
Dan from Alexander Services came to do my Annual tune-up last week. I joke that I have a "love/hate" relationship since I have a 16yr old Carrier unit but Dan was very thorough and gave my Systems a clean bill of health so hopefully they keep plugging along. Dan couldn't have been more professional and courteous. His Customer Service was "top notch" which is why I continue to be a Customer of Alexander Services!

Came in a timely manner, diagnosed, then returned to repair after part was delivered. Very pleased.
I’m glad i did not use their service. I received a on site estimate to install a ev charger and i was told it will take about 4 hour and cost about $1445. I got two different estimates and both of them estimated about an hour worth of work. I got the job completed yesterday and cost me only $300 plus $75 parts.

Brad was very responsive to my request and he shared all the details related to the water heater replacement. The team arrived on time and very professionally completed the Installation, cleaned the site. They were also very responsive to questions after they left.
John, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He promptly remedies any problems with my HVAC system and provides great service maintaining it.
Another "Outstanding" experience! Dan Morganti came out yesterday, 4/4/23, to do our annual HVAC check. While all of the service technicians have been excellent, Dan is quite simply the "BEST!" He was very patient with my questions and clearly explained what he was doing or about to do. When he identified a part that needed replacing, he outlined all the options and cost. He also convinced me to upgrade our yearly maintenance plan of service. I hope he will stay with Alexander Heating and Air (hopefully they reward him accordingly). Sean and Cole came out today (4/22/22) to do the annual check of our HVAC system. They did a "Superb" job! Both were polite, professional, and kept me informed of their progress. The consistently great service by Alexander Heating and Air is just one of many reasons I became a contract customer! Derrick did an "Outstanding" job today (10-25-21) doing our annual heating check! He was polite, professional, and did a superb job clearing explaining what he did during the inspection! Can't say enough great things about this business! Last Wednesday, 10/18/17, Jeremy and Julius did a fantastic job installing a new gas regulator for our house. These folks are professional, thorough, and more importantly honest and upfront about any proposed repairs! Another outstanding experience with this business! Jeremy did an outstanding job getting our HVAC up and running on short notice. Christina was the total professional in setting up the appointment and handling my follow up questions. Jeffrey did an outstanding job doing our annual heat check; very professional and thorough! Really glad I went with this company last Spring after being with ARS for many years!
