Lenny Sr. and Curtis did an excellent job in servicing our HVAC today in the HEAT! In fact, they came a day earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. Both Lenny Sr. and Curtis were knowledgeable, honest, kind, and worked quickly to get our cold air moving again. We are repeat customers and will certainly call them again!
We have been using HRD for our seasonal maintenance and recently had them replace our entire HVAC system. Soon after, we had a disagreement about a damper motor issue that we felt should have been identified and resolved during the HVAC replacement. We were going to move on and find another company but Lenny Sr. personally reached out to make things right. He apologized and was very responsive to our concerns. He took the time to look at the issue himself and resolved it to our satisfaction. We truly appreciate the level of customer service and quality of work we got from him.

Lenny and his Dad are phenomenal! We’ve been using them for at least a decade for all things HVAC. They can fix anything and kept our very old system running as efficiently as possible before it was no longer worthwhile to do so. Lenny replaced that unit for a very reasonable cost. He’s very smart, reliable, honest, and just a really decent guy. Look no further and just call him.
HRD Air responded quickly when our heat went out during a cold snap. We knew the system was old and was not surprised when we needed a new one. All the workers that were in and out of the house were vey professional. We would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

They are family owned and their expertise and communication are impeccable. They are fair, honor their word, and stand by their product and installation. They were on time and the install was quick with the end product being above and beyond my expectations. They respect the client and offer no sales pitch or pressure. Outstanding!! There are very few times that I bother to write a review, but in this case, they deserve it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As a perfectionist, I was impressed with the clean install. Every wire, every pipe, every connection looks professional. The goodman unit they suggested is listed as one of the most dependable and is the best quality at the best price. 5 stars
Friendly & professional, very easy to work with!
For a couple of weeks just prior to Thanksgiving my newer high-efficiency heating system was intermittent and would shutoff unexpected and not restart for several hours. Restart of the furnace was hit and miss. HRD Air was able to come out the very next day after I called them. They arrived at the scheduled time , methodically diagnosed the issue as I watched, clearly explained the problem and performed the required repair. I was impressed with their friendliness and expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I finally found an HONEST HVAC repair service! HRDair has earned a customer for life. After wasting a lot of time and money hiring other companies that were getting me nowhere, I decided to call Lenny and Lenny, Jr.. We had a badly iced over heat pump which they fixed right the first time. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and they charged a fair price.
What can I say... absolutely awesome service and professionalism!!! The 15 year old AC system in our recently purchased townhome needed to be replaced suddenly, during a wicked heat spell. Read the positive reviews here and called, and I don't regret it for a second. I was called back promptly, they arrived when they said they would and gave the system a complete and thorough check before they even started to talk to me about what might be wrong. They were open and honest about the situation, and I never once got the impression I was being taken for a ride with them. Long story short, we decided to have an all new HVAC system put in. Originally, to get a comparable replacement, it was going to be about 2 weeks to get the equipment... not great, but what can you do in this economic climate. Just as we were about to go buy a few window AC units, received a call that if we were willing to slightly upgrade units they could install the next day. The slight "upgrade" came with a tiny price increase that was a lot cheaper then buying multiple window units, so I said YES! The team was there the next day and got it installed cleanly and efficiently, taking care to not bang walls or scuff carpet and generally treated us with the utmost respect. We now have a nice new system that will last for years! There was one small hiccup that developed after they left, and they needed to come back out the next morning for a small adjustment. But they were prompt and made sure that all was well before leaving again. I can't recommend Lenny Sr., Lenny Jr., and Curtis enough! Top notch guys that know their stuff, are courteous and efficient and can be counted on completely. They have my business for anything that may come up in the future, and I whole-heartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs too!!!
Our second floor AC unit went out in July and they were able to come out the next day. They gave me what seemed like an educated and honest opinion and were able to get us a new unit the next week! When they put in the new unit they got here first thing in the morning and worked hard with their crew to get it done so we could sleep with cool air that night. Thankful we called them. Will definitely be calling them again if something goes out with another unit.
Family owned, local business. Very responsive. Spent an hour looking over my systems before recommendations, then spent time explaining and answering my many questions in a very relaxed, friendly, professional way. Ended up having one unit serviced and the other replaced at a very fair price. Owners and crew came in and did a great job. Very happy customer... would highly recommend.

The HVAC company we were using for quite a number of years and contacted with for seasonal maintenance couldn’t find the time to install a new unit. Our unit was still working but we wanted to replace it before the heat set in. We were referred to HRD and within one week our unit was replaced. The guys at HRD are extremely friendly, courteous and very respectful of our property. Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is great. We asked about the seasonal plan and they recommended we do seasonal service our older unit and wait until the fall to sign up for the seasonal service. Their words were why would you sign up for seasonal service on two units when one is brand new. Highly recommend HRD Air. ***** five star, small and locally owned.
Lenny and company were absolutely fantastic. I had a corroded inducer fan that was causing a ton of racket and seemed about to fail completely. They came out and confirmed my suspicions. Then they ran down a part, o small feat considering some of the shortages going on. It turned out the cost of the repair was significant and not really worth while for my aging unit. So I had them spec out a replacement unit and they came out to do the install very quickly. The job was impeccable and they went the extra mile with a number of details. They were really informative to talk to and humored my many questions. Lastly they also gave me some great advice on maximizing the efficiency of my outdoor units. There is no question that they have earned a recurring customer for all of my future HVAC needs!
