When our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, they responded within minutes and were at our house within 30 minutes! Diagnostics and repairs were quick and efficient, plus they didn't leave until proper system functioning was verified.
They are reliable fast and efficient and do a wonderful job and they explain what needs to be done step by step I be would recommend them to anyone
They are awesome! I called on the 4th of July and had a response by 8:30 AM on the 5th. They were at my home in 20 minutes and had my ac up and running by 9:45. He explained everything and went above and beyond. I will use this company from now on! Thank You so much!!
I cannot recommend Patriot services enough! My AC started acting up on a Sunday and I thought I would have to suffer through the heat until Monday. Patriot has 24 hour service so I called them and they confirmed they would have someone out to my house within an hour. Henry showed up within that time frame and did a great job inspecting my system and educating me on the potential issues. I appreciated that I did not feel like he was trying to sell me anything. It is clear they care about customer retention first and foremost! Also very affordable, will definitely use for my future HVAC services.
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! It was great to find a local small business! They were professional, fast, honest, and reliable. Given it was the day before the 4th of July they came out and fixed our HVAC unit. Highly recommend! They will be our go to for future HVAC needs! They went above and beyond to ensure we had our AC restored.
Finally found a company I’m happy to give a five star rating to! These guys were a pleasure to work with. Got everything done under budget and ahead of schedule. How often do you get to say that these days??? Won’t think twice—this one my go-to place for HVAC issues from now on.

Our A/C stopped working and our daughters birthday party is tomorrow. We of course didn’t realize it until 5:00pm. They came within 30 minutes of calling and was able to fix it within an hour. So incredibly friendly and affordable. We can’t thank you guys enough!!!! Highly Recommend!
Cannot thank this company enough. We were having a smell come out of our air vents that was for sure a dead animal. Our home warranty company sent out a different HVAC company who told us because they couldn’t find the dead animal in the ducts that our entire downstairs duct system would need to be replaced, a cost of $3-6K. I called Patriot HVAC for a second opinion, and Henry told me he was skeptical if that was necessary, and I could probably try having our ducts cleaned first. We went this route with a duct-cleaning company and it worked, saving us thousands. We then had Patriot HVAC come out to check our ducts and find any holes where rodents could get in. They found the hole and taped it up. Very highly recommend this company - they gave it to us straight and didn’t try any kind of up selling or trying to get us to do work we didn’t actually need. Very honest and dependable. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Woke up on a Friday morning with a system not blowing cold air. Called the people that installed the system and explained my elderly Father lives with us and it was to be 96 that day. They could not get to us until Monday and had no other recommendations for us??!! I asked in a fb group for a referral. Called Henry and explained the situation. He was out in an hour. 30 minutes later the problem was fixed! Very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant! I would highly recommend him!
Our HVAC unit fan gave out at 11:30pm. Patriot HVAC contacted us quickly the next morning came to assess and repair when they said they would. Henry was great with communicating what the issue was. This was a great experience .Thank You
