We spent a full 24 hours in 80 degree heat in our home. I reached out to this company in the morning and Craig responded same day. He came out and literally found the issue in less than 10 minutes. Apparently it was something with the outside unit. Craig had an extra part with him and replaced it same visit. I was a little nervous because it took a while to cool down (he said it would take a little while) but once the temp went down my AC was blowing like never before. I think he was at my home for under an hour. He is affordable and professional as well. Hopefully I never have to, but I’d definitely call if I ever need him again!!
Nothing but such a great experience, my AC wasn’t blowing cool air. I called and Craig was able to diagnose the issue right away. What I appreciated was that Craig took the time to actually show what my issue was (leaking coil). He immediately got on the phone and found the part I needed and it was fixed by the next afternoon. I cannot recommend his business enough!

Came out 4 times, was told my problem was solved on two seperate occasions. Finally after the second false"your good to go" (replaced a bad defraust board, didnt even see if it solved the problem just took my money and left....thinking the board itself might have been fine and was just scammed) I called kraig back out to hopefully find the actual problem. I was then told that he had no clue what the issue was and recommended another company. The "other" company found the problem in 20 mins by running a simple diagnostic test on the unit. A leaking coil was the issue, which I think could have a should have been addressed in one of the 4 visits i received from HVAC AND REFRIGERATION SPECIALIST. Only thing they specialize in is taking your money. I do not recommend anyone call or use this scammer company
Gave Craig a call this morning due to AC not blowing cold air, was at my place within the hour. He found the leak, repaired the line, and refilled the refrigerant. AC is running great now, he was very informative, and professional. Will highly recommend him to others.
My AC died suddenly on a very hot June day, and Craig (the owner) was able to inspect and repair the unit within a few hours. Thank you for your prompt, professional service!

Craig was very professional and did a great job letting us know about the equipment we were using. The freezer stopped blowing cold air and he was able to figure o ut why in less than 10 min. He was very detailed and honest. Highly recommend!
Craig was fantastic to work with. He over delivered on his promises, getting work done sooner than he thought he would. He went about his work efficiently and professionally. In such a saturated field, he is 100% the person to go with. As first time home owners, he made this process extremely easy and stress free and we are very appreciative.
I had a coil that had a slow leak on my air condition unit and was not cooling very well and needed a recharge of freon. I called HAVC and Refrigeration and Craig came out to my house with 1 or 2 hours and got my A/C up and running. I was very please with the response time, service, price, as well as the time that Craig spent relaying his knowledge and experience about air condition systems. Give him a call if you have any heating or A/C issues and i would recommend him and think you will be happy with Craig! 3-31-2020

Highly recommend HVAC and Refrigeration Specialist. We started having issues with our heat pump after the warranty from the builder expired. Called the sub-contractor the builder used. They came out and so called "fixed it" only for us to have issues again a couple weeks later and want more money to come out. Craig diagnosed the real issue, fixed it, and we are so pleased with the results. This company is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Call them for any Of your HVAC and Refrigeration needs and you won't be disappointed .
What a great experience!!! I am one of those that do not leave a review unless I am impressed with service I receive. Craig was super responsive, very thorough and explained every step of the process. After dealing with dishonest HVAC contractors this was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!!
Came home and the temperature was at 88°. Messaged Craig around 7:30pm he scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 minutes he had our AC working again for a very reasonable price. Wont be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs.

Craig was awesome! I have found my HVAC specialist. He was able to come out twice for to fix 2 separate problems in a timely manner on the days that I reached out to him. He was also very friendly and informative. Never over complicated things. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much Craig!
Prompt, reliable and honest. Craig arrived to our home the same day we called for repair. It was a particularly cold morning and our upstairs unit stopped working. Within minutes of his arrival and checking unit out he had the heat pump operating again. Such a relief ! He also serviced my mother's unit and we have referred him to others as well.
Excellent service! We had issues with our water heater. He (Craig, the owner) replaced a defective condenser coil and recharged with refrigerant. Everything is working great and has been for a while. Nice to have quality work that stands the test of time.
