Very impressed. Super responsive, thorough and professional. Hunter and his team came out to replace an old HVAC unit and then did some repairs on another unit at my home. They busted their butts in an extremely hot attic all day making sure things were good to go and that my family could be cool, comfortable, and safe. Highly recommend. Some of the best service I’ve had in years.
I couldn’t be more pleased and had no idea everything would be completed in such a timely manner. Aaron gave us an estimate for a heat pump replacement on Monday and by Tuesday evening it was installed and the upstairs was cool once again. His crew showed up on time and we’re friendly and courteous. They were professional and did a great job. I would certainly use B&T again and recommend them highly.
B&T is my “go to” company. A few yers ago they replaced my downstairs unit and yesterday they installed a new upstairs unit. I have total confidence in their dedication to service and the expertise of their technicians. A special shout out to Steve and the team that was here——- great work!

I don't say this often or without an experience that far exceeds expectations, but the communications, recommendation, installation and customer service provided for my new HVAC system by B&T was outstanding. Aaron and his team (Steven, Daniel, Kevin and Kevin) were fantastic. The job was done in a "turn key", professional and without stress way. The price included everything needed to provide the highest level of performance and quality. In fact, items I did not know were needed were included and provided the highest level of personal and property safety. For me an essential part of a project is excellent communication. Aaron, Steven and Daniel were outstanding and when all was completed I felt totally confident and comfortable with the installation and the system's operation. The new HVAC system has only been in one day but my home has never felt more comfortable. Thank You
Unable to fulfill initial service window. We rescheduled to the following week and they missed the window again. It isn't trivial to align a schedule and ensure someone is home.

Fast response and excellent experience in every way! Old system was 25 years old so replacement with electrical work was needed. B&T was full service and arranged everything within a week’s time once I committed. Their team of 4 total installers and electrician could not have been better. We had an incredible customer experience with B&T HVAC and wanted to share - we purchased a house last year that had 2 HVAC units purchased through/installed by B&T HVAC. We noticed that 1 of the 2 units wasn't cooling as well as it should have shortly after the initial 1-year warranty expired, so we asked B&T HVAC to come out and take a look. Brian did a thorough job fully inspecting it and realized that the compressor needed to be replaced, which was an expensive repair and pretty unusual for how new the system still was. We were surprised and disappointed by how much we'd need to spend for a system that was just out of warranty - and Brian/Aaron went out of their way to work with American Standard to take care of the issue for us even though it was just out of warranty. We have been so impressed with their customer service - they went above and beyond what they needed to do, and it's won our loyalty for sure. Highly recommend B&T HVAC for their customer service and willingness to stand by their products and services - thank you, Brian and Aaron!

The three man team headed by Stephen that installed our 18 Seer HVAC System yesterday were outstanding. They were very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. They cleaned up everything before they left, even remnants of a bush that had to be cut back for the new, larger A/C unit. Stephen did a great job of showing us how to use the new thermostat, that will make it easy for us to operate it. I highly recommend B&T HVAC!
We had to have our downstairs unit replaced and we were very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge from all B&T employees we met. Additionally, when the county inspector came to assess a few weeks after the job was completed, he was genuinely impressed with the quality of the job. Definitely recommend B&T.

Best HVAC service we've ever experienced! We are very thankful for the EXPERT care taken by the crew, Stephen and Kevin, to install our new system, thoroughly explain how it works, and clean up immaculately. It's amazing how much better our new system makes our house feel immediately! I decided to replace my unit which had a cracked heat exchanger, even though the part was still under warranty because the quotes on labor were way up there. My unit was 18 years old and had borrowed time as the AC coils were rusted too. I cannot emphasize enough to partner with a company you can trust. Many consumers focus on the initial price of the repair (or in my case, a new unit). It is more, much more, important to know that the repair or installation has been done correctly and that the maintenance has been performed throughly. This will save you much more over time than selecting a company with the lowest bid, who cuts corners to do less than what is required. After speaking with Aaron Horton, of B&T HVAC, and selecting them to install my new dual fuel system for heat and AC, I can assure you that the quality of the work and customer satisfaction is paramount, with the owner and his crew as well. (Work performed Dec 16th, 2022).
We've utilized B&T HVAC maintenance services for 12 yrs. & always experienced great service. In Nov 2022 B&T replaced our entire HVAC system & just as we hoped fo,r the installations, clean up, instructions for use were above expectations. Danny, Stephen, and Oscar (the technicians) started about 8am and were complete by about 3:30pm. They were efficient, polite, and answered our questions with ease. The Town of Cary Inspector came recently and commented that he was very impressed with their work. The efficiency rebate representative from Duke Energy (DE) also came to verify the DE rebate and he also commented on how thorough, neat, and clean B&T's work was. We highly recommend B&T HVAC for your A/C and heating needs and maintenance. Thank you, B&T!!!

B&T have been performing my bi-annual maintenance on my system for a few years now and have always been trustworthy in advising what needed changed to keep the system working. Now that the system was reaching its end of useful life, there was no question who I was going to have install a new system. The install team arrived promptly at 8am and worked diligently throughout the day, even staying close to 6PM to ensure everything was working and ensuring I knew how to use the new system. They even went above and beyond to fix a few things that the original builder slacked on when the original duct work was installed. If you need a new install or service, you can be confident that B&T will treat you right and do it right from the start.
