Coats HVAC really has superior customer service in mind. Matt was quick to diagnose the issue and recommended a repair not a replacement like everyone else. WOW!!! We were so happy. We recommend Coats HVAC to anyone in the RTP area needed HVAC service.
Incredibly prompt and professional. Came the same day I called for an HVAC and sent me a text when they were 30mins out which was very convenient. Was very courteous and explained everything he was doing and was in and out in about 30 mins. Very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend for any HVAC needs.
I can’t say enough good things about Coats HVAC. They have always been punctual, have knowledgeable employees who will explain HVAC issues well, and are available when I need them. They also charge reasonably and can work around my schedule.
