I can not say enough about the great service I received from NCHC. The installers did a fantastic job & were very professional. Franck Is the best! He is very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Franck’s company.
I called NCHC when my AC decided to stop working right as it started to get hot again. They sent someone out the same day and had everything fixed and working again. They explained to me why they were doing what they were doing and how to keep it from happening again. Very professional, quick turn around, and unbeatable pricing. I would recommend NCHC any day of the week!
Excellent experience all around! Fast turn around from call to service. The team was honest and gave me options for repair or replacement. When I chose to replace the system they ordered and scheduled the install immediately. The service was excellent, the workmanship and professionalism first class, and they installed a Trane unit that’s performing far better than anticipated. I’d recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Franck and the whole team are truly the best by far! They pulled out an old dead unit and put in a new one. I have many issues with the duct work under my house and they are working to fix everything in a very professional manner, they understand the frustrations of being without cool air on these hot days and no matter that it's taking a while to fix everything, they are working as fast as they can to keep me cool! You would think that exceptional service like this would cost an arm and a leg, but NO!! their price is the best (and I received several offers)! Franck and AJ took the time to explain the work the needs to be done to me before they started and while they were doing it. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart goes out to Frank and AJ for all you have done and are doing for me, I appreciate it all and will gladly recommend you to one and all!!!

Professional workers, good communication, and quick response. They identified and immediately fixed an unrecognized problem with the HVAC in our crawl space. They did not have the equipment needed on hand for the unexpected fix. Their boss transported the equipment so that they could fix the problem the same day. Would recommend!

NCHC was extremely professional and on time. Spoke with Franck the first day and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and to the point. Didn't feel like I was going to be upsold on anything and we discussed what options were best. Highly recommend this team for any HVAC needs.

The company install the i wave - residential air cleaning device. The process was very easy from the scheduling the appointment with confirmations by message. On the day for the installation, also received messages regarding the technician location until he arrived. The process to install was clean. No issues. It was very professional and everything was explained. He asked about the maintenance of the unit and give recommendations for the future. Very professional service. Thanks again for the service. I will call again when needed. Johnny Mang was the technician. Recommend his service.
Erin and Johnny were amazing! They were extremely responsive to my request! The same day i needed service I got an appointment. I needed to major parts to fix my furnace. One part was able to be picked up and installed the same day! The other part took longer to get but Erin made sure it was all covered under warranty in advance of the repair and as son as the parts were available they set up the install. I highly recommend this company!
NCHC installed a new furnace in our house and did some repairs to the upstairs system as well. They also installed two brand new wifi thermostats. The furnace residing in the crawlspace made the job difficult but the serviceman stayed past sunset to complete the installation. The company owner also came to the job to make sure things were going smoothly which was nice. Prices were comparable to other estimates we got. Will use NCHC going forward for A/C units if/when they stop working as well as regular maintenance of the systems.
Franck came personally to address an issue that was not done right the first time, which was professional and appreciated. I will use them again in the future.
