We called Maynor on July 3 about a complete replacement due to a blown compressor. Dustin came at 5 pm when it was 100 degrees outside and spent quite a bit of time outside and up in our attic writing a very thorough estimate. The ONLY reason we didn't use Maynor was because we were able to get the job done sooner by another highly rated company whose quote exactly matched theirs but I would never hesitate to use Maynor if given the chance again.
My air went out last Saturday evening during another 90 degree day. I called on Saturday evening hoping I could have my system looked at asap…..the technician arrived on Sunday morning at 8. Very happy to be taken care of.
Completed a semi-annual HVAC systems check up. Michael called ahead of arrival time to let us know he was enroute and he arrived ahead of time. He completed all testing and clean up timely and advised us what his inspection results were. Very Satisfied with his work.

Thank you Rob, Stacey, and Dustin. They replaced an old second story system last week. They arrived promptly on schedule and did an excellent job. The new Trane system works great. They did a great cleanup when finished too. Maynor has also serviced a geothermal system for me for many years. Every time has been great. I will continue to work with them in the future.
We knew Tom Herner who trained Anthony Maynor. Alberto, today's tech, explained everything to us thoroughly. He answered our questions and showed us pictures of the inside of the unit. He gave us options on repairing or replacing the unit. Alberto was very pleasant and knew to take off his shoes without being asked when he came inside. We will continue as a customer.
Mike and his team were great. Trusted Trane unit. Crew really hard working, professional. Mike's "sales pitch" was low pressure and easy to understand. Unit works great and warranty gives peace of mind. Office helped with rebates for being energy efficient (nice bonus).
They have installed and service our 3 HVAC systems. Maynor Services is quick to respond for service calls and system replacements. Their office personnel, sales team and service/ install technicians are very professional, take the time to explain set-ups and system issues, plus do a great job of protecting work areas and cleaning up when finished. Bennie is an excellent service technician who got one of our systems working again. Jeff and Devin did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. Highly recommend Maynor for overall value in your Heating and Cooling needs.
I have had nothing but praise from Maynor. I hired them initially when our AC went down in a heat wave, and they were the only ones to respond promptly and fix the issue overnight. Robert and Michael are stellar HVAC technicians, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and their schedulers are extremely pleasant and competent. Maynor provided me with a competitive and transparent bid to have a new water heater installed (new business apparently?), and I couldn't have been happier. I get reminders to schedule maintenance services and I always get a follow up call for feedback after the service is rendered. Highly recommended.
I’ve used Maynor Service Co. for my HVAC system maintenance for many years. They are always on time, professional, and have kept my old system running well. Alberto has been servicing our systems and is excellent. Until I can replace my system, he is always very helpful and offers advice how to keep our units running as efficiently as possible. I had Dustin W. come for an estimate for possibly getting a new unit and he offered tons of valuable information and suggestions for my current situation. He has been very responsive to any questions I’ve had during the process and even after his visit. I also had a tech come out, Benny H, to diagnose the system I currently have. Benny completed quite a thorough check of the system and was very insightful to the state of his findings, and willing to help me understand what he was doing. Both were really friendly and seemed really knowledgeable in the field. Definitely people I’d recommend. Edit: I’ve since had another company come out and confirm an evaporator coil leak that Benny did not find. I still believe he was thorough, but I guess not thorough enough.
Alberto did a great job!! He is always friendly and takes off his shoes when he comes inside. I would recommend this company!!
Jeff and Devon showed up right on time and despite a rainy day were careful to not track in water/mud. They worked efficiently and went over all the info I needed. Great experience!
Maynor replaced my entire heat pump, duct and vent system last week. I was expecting a day or two to complete, but they had two crews and took about 6 hours. Trevor, Josh, Nef and Fredy were very professional and informative of the work. And thanks to Mike Langdon for working with me on the type of system and other recommendations. Very happy with the system so far.
I shopped around. Maynor Service Company was the best value. The installation technicians Sergio, Austin and Marcus did an excellent job.
Maynor Services has been really great to us. We just had are upstairs HVAC unit replaced last week and it went so smoothly from beginning to end. Mike from the sales team is very knowledgeable and great person all around. The installers Devin and Jeff were very friendly and did a very professional job, everything looks and functions much better then the previous install. I'm a repeat customer with Maynor replacing my downstairs HVAC and tankless water heater previously and they have exceeded my expectations each time and would highly recommend them.
My upstairs ac stopped blowing cool air over the weekend so I gave Maynor a call. They promptly scheduled a technician to come the next morning. After describing the issue, my technician, Benny, immediately knew the capacitor on my outdoor ac condenser unit was bad. Within about 20 minutes he had the issue resolved and cool air flowing back into my house. I will definitely be using Maynor for future repairs. Benny was awesome. I appreciated the clear explanation describing exactly what was wrong and how he was fixing it.
I have used Maynor for 2 new A/C/Heat units and they have been great! The last person who came for a maintenance visit really checked and cleaned the unit!
An unusual connection requirement for my grill to attach to my gas line resulted in repeated attempts by Maynor Techs but they patiently stayed with the job until the problem was resolved. All staff provided professional, friendly service. Strongly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
