Your team was highly professional, prompt and efficient in their work. They were also very respectful of my home and ensured that everything was clean and tidy after the installation was complete. The new system you installed has made a significant difference in the comfort of my home. I am no longer experiencing hot or cold spots and the air quality seems to have improved. Also, since installing the new air conditioning and heating system you recommended, my energy costs have gone down significantly (please see the attached Home Energy Report from nationalgrid).
