Repairman was professional and quick..very pleased
The tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely use them when needed for both heating and AC.
I first spoke to Wade who was extremely responsive and beat the price of an estimate I got from a different company. He also got me scheduled for the job much faster than the other company. When Tony and Matt arrived they were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When an unexpected issue came up I spoke to Gary and he graciously worked with me on reducing the cost to take care of it. Everyone at this company was terrific - I highly recommend them!
The team at Garmer was terrific! Friendly and helpful they immediately made time In their busy schedule for a last minute emergency repair of a leaking water tank for my uncle an elderly senior citizen. They expertly took care of the problem and even called a few days later to follow-up and offered information on government assistance programs for seniors on a fixed income. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Excellent service from these guys. I had a lousy experience from a local company I found on Home Advisor called (Gold Star Service) . So I had to scramble last minute to find someone else. Thankfully, I found Garmer Industries on Home Advisor also. They were able to accommodate me on the same day. Their tech came in and diagnosed the problem, gave me a qoute and finished the job on the same day. Now my central AC works like a charm. What more can you ask for? A happy customer here! Vinny

Great customer service! I live out of state and have a rental property on Long Island that was having a problem with the AC unit. I called Garmer and they were able to service the unit the next day. The price for the service was fair and, me being out of state, they didn't ask for payment or a deposit prior to the work being done. I highly recommend Garmer.
