The techs very professional, nice and considerate gentlemen. They explained everything to my satisfaction and treated me with the upmost respect, which you don't always get today. These guys worked so hard. They had my new unit installed in one day. I would recommend these three to anyone.
Very professional. These guys were efficient in the installation and have continued to provide superior service over the 2 years since. We had a problem, called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co yesterday and tech was here today to solve it under warranty. Couldn't be happier. Thanks, guys!
This was just my first time using Conditioning Company and I can't say enough good things about my experience. They are a good, honest company doing business the right way and they have the best customer service I've ever received at any type of company. I recommend them unconditionally!
I am so happy with this company. We had them install our high velocity AC and they did an excellent job. We also hired them to check out our heater and Jerry was very much courteous and friendly to us. He took his time, explained to us various A/C maintenance techniques and was amazed. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co is probably one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. Thumbs up!
We had some issues with our AC since we bought our house a year ago and decided to call someone to replace it with a bigger unit. Jerry and his team scheduled us and arrived on time as promised. They were professional and explained everything to us that they were doing and where our problems had come from. We love how our new unit is functioning and every issue we had has been solved!
