Marietta was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! She was also very nice! Looking forward to our install!
Positive: Our technician was punctual, clean, and organized. He set up protective barrier to the work site and even wore booties. Negative: We had to use a different company to diagnose the leak issue and still be charged their $249 diagnostic fee. Was charged $3k for slab leak repair of pin-hole leak.
Anthony and CJ were extremely fast and efficient! I had an issue with my hot water heater in which I had no hot water. With in 15 mins Anthony figured out the problem And got my hot water up and running. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician and professional service. Would recommend to any of my friends or family ! Thanks again !!!
Charlie, the technician who came to fix my air conditioner, was unbelievably good. He patiently explored why the leak problem was occurring and didn’t stop until he figured it out and fixed it. Really great customer service, and an extremely skilled technician who was committed to figuring out the problem and solving it. Thank you, Charlie.
I would rate the customer service experience for Apple Air as 2 stars. I purchased my heating/cooling system 5 years ago. The product works fine however the routine cleaning service or booking any appointment has been a nightmare! When you call the line, most of the time, you reach a call service. The employees of the call service are kind but it is like pulling teeth to speak to an actual employee of Apple Air when you have an issue. I became a member of the Apple Membership program 2 years ago. It's advertised that you will get priority when making appointments.... The "priority" of booking is usually 2-3 months out. So not sure what priority that is... I have had issues that my appointment that has been made 2-3 months out - has been asked to reschedule the day before, cancelled last minute and even had NO SHOW of employees to the appointment. There has been endless frustrations with working with Apple Air. How can you not show up to an appointment or have the decency to call your customer? The customer service reps use the same excuse depending on the time of year - "we need to make priority for those without cooling or heating." Well what is the point of a membership? Is it so hard to communicate or prioritize your members who have the membership, have been customers with you or even had to reschedule in the past? There is a lot of growth that needs to be made in terms of customer service with this company if they want to continue. There has been countless issues, headaches and troubles I've had with Apple Air that I do not wish on anyone else. I think you should think twice before calling them for a consult with the coupons you have from the flyers + circulars.
Apple Air came recommended to me thru a friend; &now I know why! Excellent from consultation to installation and use. Marietta; our consultant was knowledgeable &professional. She had her i-pad for quick reference and billing and papers for us to follow &keep. Jeff our crew chief also very knowledgeable & professional. He patiently demoed and explained what he was doing and how to use our new system. The crew literally left my house cleaner than when they entered it. I recommend APPLE AIR for Marietta's honesty, &knowledge. And Jeff's professionalism. 5stars!
John A.came to my home Saturday, dressed in professional gear and put shoe covers on which was very respectful. He spoke beautiful English and he was very articulate transparent upfront, knowledgeable, professional, and I felt I could trust him immediately after five minutes of speaking with him. I haven’t had AC in two -three wks for various reasons and he assessed the situation. He took his time and he was the Messiah of the day. I have AC now.!! He gave me options. He was calm and at ease, and my stress and anxiety was resolved !!! I highly recommend them. Thank you John and thank you APPLE. LW
I called Apple Air on a Friday of the busy July 4th weekend to connect a new grill and pizza oven to my gas line. John K came over right away and realized that there were two different size gas line diameters that required adapters and and splitter. There was one piece he needed but did not have. He drove to an Ace Hardware 20 minutes away to get the item and was able to connect my grill and pizza oven. He saved my weekend as I have guests coming over. I recommend John K and Apple Air very highly.
Matt was pleasant, professional, cleaned up after working and was amazing kept me informed every step of the way. Completed the job in about an hour. The down side (having zero to do with Matt) was that I was told the technician would arrive yesterday between 12-5. At 5pm, I called the company, and Robert assured me I’d be the last call…no one showed. I contacted him after waiting another couple of hours. He was apologetic and discounted my rate for today. He assured me I’d be the first call the next day.
I recently had the pleasure of working with three outstanding HVAC installers, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dimitrius, Ricky, and Joe each brought their own unique strengths to the job, and together they made a dream team. Dimitrius was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC installation. He took the time to explain the process to me in detail and answer all of my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every step of the installation process, and I'm confident that my new air conditioner is in great hands. Joe was an absolute joy to work with. His kind and personable nature made the installation process feel like a breeze, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout. He was always happy to chat and answer any questions I had, and he even gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my new AC running smoothly. Last but not least, Ricky was incredibly efficient and got the job done in no time at all. He worked quickly and diligently, but he never cut corners or compromised on quality. His attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell that he took pride in his work. Overall, I would highly recommend these three installers to anyone in need of HVAC installation services. Their combined expertise, kindness, and efficiency made for a truly exceptional experience, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
A/c broke down on the first hot day and Apple was there within hours. The 2 techs John and his great partner (forgot his name) were personable, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been an Apple customer for nearly 20 years.
Nothing bad to say. All the workers arrived on time. All very polite and professional. They worked throughout the day and kept me informed of their progress. The work area was nice and clean when the installation was completed. No complaints at all. A positive experience.
The experience has been awful thus far. I called on a Saturday for a technician. I was given an appointment for Tuesday only to get a call back that pushed it to Wednesday. The technician didn't show up until 6pm on Wednesday and, despite calling their office twice, no one gave me a reliable timeframe. So I was forced to stay home the entire day waiting. When the tech did arrive he told us the problem was a manufacturing defect and that Apple would not cover the issue. I still have not heard back about when they are coming back to actually replace the part. Mind you, we've only had this AC unit for less than two years. So far, it's been awful dealing with Apple.
I just wanted to leave a review for an employee at this company Mr. Mark Schillaci for being great at his job. He was knowledgeable and was not afraid or annoyed to answer any of our many questions. He was really honest with us about the work and the price for the job. We wanted to convert from a simple AC unit to a heating pump that would provide both AC/Heat, but we ended up not proceeding because the price was a little steep since we had just moved to our home. He expressed that, to get a proper and durable job done, it will require resources (that we didn't have yet), which was understandable. It is better to get the truth instead of people who tell you that they can get the job done for 1/5 of the cost and leave you dealing with a headache. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to move forwards with them if you really want a great job done. It is a great investment for you and your house, so go for it when you're ready.

My experience with Apple Air was exceptional! The salesman “Ron” was sooo knowledgeable and outstanding! I had a few estimates and by far he was the best! I couldn’t be happier with the process from sales to the install! Their technicians were outstanding… knowledgeable and caring and very hard working. They left my home as though they were never there! I definitely will recommend Apple Air to anyone in need of a new air conditioning system! By far they are the best!!!
Anthony P came to the house ontime and fixed the faucet without any problem. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, didnt mind sharing his experience with the repair and even helped me replace a water filter free of charge. It's been a great experience with him.
I have used apple air for 15 yrs. They installed my AC and my furnace and I have used them for an annual contract since. The company changed ownership and it has been a nightmare since. A few days ago I had a tune up and there was a strange “supervisor” hanging around. This individual lied to me about laws and the condition of my unit and what was needed. The upsell was horrifying and at this point I don’t even trust that apple did not sabotage my unit. The strange slimey “supervisor” left and the tech then told me it was the new ceo. The tech also admitted to me that the report was embellished and I don’t need all the services. The company is crooked. They left equipment at my house and I want that slimey supervisor to come pick it up but ofcourse he is no where to be seen (the equipment gets thrown out with the trash in the next pickup if I don’t hear from “Patrick” - I told that to the tech and also called Apple Air to inform them of my dissatisfaction and that I am throwing out anything left here if I don’t hear from the “supervisor” before the next trash pickup). Run don’t walk away from this company. Crooked as can be.
I'm not sure how it's spelled but Adrian was at my mothers house today, to clean her split air system. When I spoke with her, all she could do was rave about how great this tech was that came to clean the split air system. He was very detail oriented, respectful and emphathetic to her situation. My mother doesn't know how to leave reviews but with how great she said he was, I felt compelled to leave a review for her. Thank you Adrian, you truly are an asset to Apple Air!
