I called J & M come to service my furnace and central AC, as my previous provider, Crisafulli would not do the routine inspection, cleaning, etc. unless I entered into a contract which was more like a monthly retention payment and seems to be the norm for many companies now. J & M were happy to schedule an appointment and the service was excellent, the workers were on time, courteous, and cleaned up their work area. I plan to use their maintenence service again next year, and if a problem or issue comes up thats' who I will call.
Outstanding service!! Called that water heater was no working and they sent someone within 15 minutes! Service representative was friendly and professional after checking the water heater he found a relay had kicked out that's why I couldn't relight it!!!

I have been using J&M Schwartz for close to 20 years now; at both my current and past employers, as well as at my parents and then my home. They have a full selection of great products, and stand by them. Both, for commercial and residential, they have been able to solve any problems that I have experienced. They also installed a high efficiency boiler at my parent's, and a high efficiency furnace at my house.
Fair and friendly
We awoke on 10.23.19 to discover that our hot water heater had failed during the night. I called J & M Schwarz plumbing and explained the situation. By midday a representative had come to our home and assessed the situation and made arrangements to install a new heater that same day. By four o'clock the entire job was finished. We were new to J &M Schwarz heating and yet we were treated like long established customers. Many thanks! Jackson

I have been a customer of J&M Schwarz for the last 4 years since moving to Ballston Lake, NY. I have always been impressed with their technicians' diagnostic abilities, their prompt service, and reasonable pricing. If I happen to call on the weekend, the tech triages the problem and ask if it's emergency. The tech might provide a work around or deal with the next working day. My point is: They do not bilk the customer for an emergency visit if one is unnecessary. I have had all kinds of cooling, heating, and plumbing issues in my house. I try to do the jobs I can, but when I realize that it's a bigger job than I can handle, I call J&M and am glad I have done so. I recommend them unequivocally.
Very pleased with the emergency service. I called on Sunday and they sent Mike over for the repairs.He arrived within 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous!
I have used J&M Schwarz for years. They show up when they say they will, they do excellent work, and, in my experience, charge appropriately. Their response to emergencies is very good. We had a pool heater installed a while back, and the crew worked admirably to get it done in the rain in one afternoon, and coming in significantly under the estimate. All in all, I'm very pleased with the service I get.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF They claimed that it takes 1 - 1.5 hours for tune-up/maintenance on gas heating system. However, they came and spent about 15 minutes on the system. When we called and questioned, the manager claimed that his technician spent much more than 15 minutes on the system and he would take his technician's words over his customer's words. He did not even bother to offer any resolution nor care if he losses our business. He definitely lost our business!!!
