I could not be happier with the service I recently received from Capital District Supply. After being contacted, as a result of making a web site wish list, I was able to conclude my business within a few days. My salesman, Kenny, was an outstanding representative for the business. Friendly, professional, polite and most importantly helpful. I have lived around the corner from this business for years but always opted for the big box stores. I never thought that my one item purchase would be treated with the same attention as the big contractors purchases. I was wrong. Kenny’s warm and friendly personality made choosing plumbing accessories for our new home fun, if plumbing supplies can be fun. Kenny went out of his way to correct issues with our previous order, found answers for all questions, and responded in a timely manner.
I was in and out in 20 minutes with a lovely Kohler faucet and soap dispenser. They had a surprising amount of choices in stock. Kenny was professional and a fun-killer combo!
Great experience going there. The guy in the parts department was patient, helpful, and explained the fix to me that I've been struggling to find the right part for. I highly recommend going there for plumbing supplies instead of a large hardware store.
After a long search in other places for a shower surround that was well-made but not crazy expensive I found it here along with a very nice salesperson to assist me.

Amazing customer service! I needed a few parts asap for my boiler that many other locations in my area would have to order. Dan was so helpful in gathering the parts and even having one of the parts shipped from one of the other stores. Super kind and helpful!

Excellent experience visiting this shop. I had been to a few other box stores in the area looking for a very specifically sized part for my tub drain which they couldn't provide any help with. When I showed the gentleman behind the counter here the piece I needed to replace he literally reached under the counter and pulled one out. They were very friendly and I felt no shame for my lack of plumbing knowledge. They answered all my questions very patiently. Ill be back for any future plumbing endeavors.
