I recently stepped into Grainer for the first time and was welcomed and helped by a an amazing individual named Ash she was very helpful I definitely recommend this place!
Customer service was very well.
What a pleasure it is to deal with the staff at Grainger in Albany. They are always willing to go above and beyond and are knowledgeable about a vast array of products. They always have products in stock and if not will be there the next day by 8am. John has always made me experience enjoyable. I will continue using this facility for the foreseeable future.
