Incredibly responsive. No problem getting same day or next day service. They communicate with you effectively, letting you know when their truck is one the way. Josh C. was great and took care of our issue quickly.
Josh is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. I have known him for 2 years and he has worked on 4 of my buildings with me. He goes out of his way to explain things and to assist my tenants. Thank you Josh!!!
I have used other companies in the past and they don’t compare to Family Danz. Josh Chase loves what he does and it shows. One of the best service guys I have ever met.
Josh and Zack both asked appropriate questions to understand the problem and then proceeded to work on the solution. Josh even reviewed the old invoices to understand what previous maintenance had been done. Well done!
Family Danz had a spot in their busy schedule open up, and called ahead (which is awesome and rarely done) rather than having it be a surprise. 5 days early! On the Friday before 4th of July weekend! During a heatwave / wildfire smoke season! So things started off very very well. Ben was friendly, efficient, and above-and-beyond at getting the job done and leaving us in better shape than expected. Not only is our central air outdoor unit now working, but he added a pound of refrigerant (it was low) so that it would be more powerful and efficient than ever. He also didn't mind a nosy observer and explained the different things he was doing. Really can't compliment his demeanor enough - excellent work and great guy! Thank you very much Ben & Family Danz! Very highly recommend them if you're having HVAC / water heater issues.
Josh was thorough. He was personable and gladly answered my questions. He is someone who very positively represents your business.
Fred came over and taught me why my A/C was not blowing cool air and also informed me to get a stronger circuit breaker so the issue did not arise again.
Ben was professional and polite . On a hot muggy day I was thankful Family Danz came on the same day and fixed the problem with my AC

Zack did a great job explaining what needed to be done and what we should purchase in addition to what we already have. We have requested he comes back for the install of our UV light!

I had yearly service on Furnace, A/C, tankless water heater. Dave arrived on time, got right to work and performed a thorough inspection and service on the units. He explained the status on my units and gave me the complete description of services performed. I really appreciated him taking the time to really check things out. I've had techs leave after 30 min for 3 units. I have been a customer of Family Danz 16 years and will continue to be one.
Josh was prompt and courteous. Diagnosed the issue and made suggestions for next steps. Josh and Zack came back and replaced the broken part and got us back up and running.
Don and Zach were professional and explained to us what they were going to do then went about their job. We’re very thorough and respectful towards us as they went about their work. When done explained everything to us made sure area was cleaned and picked up. As stated in previously these actions are the reason we continue to use your services as well as recommend you to others
Andre was amazing! Overall professional, polite, and informative. I’ve been a long time customer with this company and Andre was definitely the best technician we’ve had before and it shows in the work he has done for us. Arrived promptly as indicated, quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor) and affecting the repair. Performed routine annual service/system check. Dave was personable and efficient.
