I had Travis Fair come to do some work at my house. He did a fantastic job, was upfront with me about what he was doing and how much it would cost, and was kind and professional the whole time. It was also super quick and he was right on time! I highly recommend his service to anyone who might need hvac work done
Brian arrived on time and was extremely courteous and respectful. He explained each step of the process before completing anything, and was willing to go back to the warehouse to pick up a part needed to complete one of the extra options he recommended. We have always been happy with Crisafulli Bros. attention to detail and overall service quality.
Job performed yesterday was performed professionally it was very comfortable to be around the repairman he explained everything that he was doing and now I'm waiting on the second repairman to come and repair my faucets so that my shower and my water can be turned back on and I can turn the water on and off.
We have had our AC unit for almost 3 years. Last year the coil started to go. Crisafulli came out and replaced the coil, covering all the cost. They top notch professionals, reliable and I wouldn't recommend anyone better!
Crisafulli Bros. did me right. Other plumbers shied away from the job or simply didn’t respond to inquiries. CB was prompt and got me on the schedule right away. James, the plumber assigned, was punctual, personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. He went above and beyond on the job, imho. I will definitely be using Crisafulli Bros. again.
Brandon returned and replaced the necessary parts on our Navian water heater. It was quick and I’m sure we’ll done.
Thank you to Seth Weinberger who came out to my house to quote me for a 4 head multizone ac heat pump. I had 4 quotes to choose from. While not my cheapest quote, Seth was the only company that followed up a few days after quoting me. He also was able to book the job when I was off for 3 days. He was quick to reply to my numerous emails too. Also thank you to the 2 service techs out of Glens Falls, Jeremy and Bob, who installed my unit. They were professional and did a great job!
Ryan was great. He arrived on time and was professional in accessing the problem and went above and beyond offering solutions to fix the problem.

Rich and his partner were great. They knew what to do and they did it the right way the first time. We've grown to expect this type of quality service from Crisafulli Bros.
There was a cancellation slot that opened and they were able to come a week early and check our air conditioner that had stopped working. The tech was friendly, quick, and efficient. Answered all of our questions and the service pricing, plus parts, was very reasonable. He got the air conditioner back up and running for the summer!
Once again, Crisafulli Bros. has done an outstanding job servicing our HVAC equipment. Duane was on-time, professional, informative and efficient. Our sprawling B&B in an old Victorian house in not easy to navigate, but Duane handled it with all the professionalism we've come to expect from this company. Thanks for giving us truly Red Carpet service!
Repair timeline: 4/8/2023 re-upped for "Red Carpet" service plan: $261.08 5/10/2023 scheduled checkup cancelled by Crisafulli: death in family 5/25/2023 Rescheduled checkup, tech determined system leaking freon. Set up visit with sales guy to determine options 5/30 Sales guy showed up pronto, no scheduling issues with him. 6/8/2023 Decided to first figure out what is leaking. Tech added dye to system: $445.89 6/28 Scheduled visit cancelled by Crisafulli: Tech called out. Rescheduled for 7/12. Reminded rep "Red Carpet" status guarantees priority status, whatever that means, also we've been screwing around with this almost 3 months now, and July is just around the corner. She was under the impression this is for a checkup, not a repair. Not happy.
Joshua performed several plumbing services admirably. Very pleased. I would say that I was displeased with his manager when that manager stated I needed to pay twice for two service charges of over $100 because I will need another appointment set up next week to fix a valve that apparently is with the HVAC system. It seems one service charge should be allocated per customer. So at the second visit they said I did not need to pay the second service charge and the service was performed admirably. Sebastian was great and it didn't take very long at all. Very happy with Crisafolli. There's a reason they're the best in the area.
I love when technicians explain things to you. Chris did a great job of answering my questions and explaining his recommendations. Called ahead. Arrived on time. I also like that CB calls you to make the annual maintenance appointments. One less thing to remember.
After having a bad experience with a different company I called Crisafulli Brothers and have been so happy. Their plumbers know what they are doing. They are polite and respectful of my property. They are also respectful of my budget. I’m given several options to chose from. Dealing with Crisafulli Brothers is always a positive experience. I would highly recommend them!

We had an air conditioner installed by Crisafulli brother's last year. This spring a mouse got in to check it out. We had a technician Duane Gale come by to assess the damage. He was wonderful! In addition to helping us with that he researched new water heaters for us going well beyond what we expected. Wonderful company! Very attentive to customers needs. Next time I'm requesting Duane!!
This technician was not only excellent, but approached the job like it was for himself! He was thorough and careful. In the future I will ask for him when it’s time to service my heating and cooling needs.
