The guys at winair run like a well oiled machine. Fast and competent staff, there's no waiting around for your order to be completed/gathered. Kevin and Phil are the best when ordering and Tony hustles to get you out of the door as fast as possible. You won't get a better experience there versus other supply houses. They really know their stuff and they're such good people to do business with.
Being new to the Capital Region servicing clients for duct work fabrication and installation, I was referred to the Winsupply affiliate from 2 locations eastward in Massachusetts, and this owner/manager George Bedian and staff are very accommodating, professional and on point with price quotes and logistically having orders on time and punctual per my request. They are my new regional source for HVAC equipment and supplies in New York, as well as Berkshire County, MA and Southern Vermont. With that said a 5 star review
