Great had everything we needed
One of the counter guys really went out of his way to find a substitute part for me for a furnace that was out. Very appreciated.
The person that I talked to that answered the phone was extremely rude and would not even let me finish a sentence. He wrote me off as a "homeowner" and not with a company and would not listen when I tried to give him company details to get looked up. I am not one to write negative reviews but as and office manager for a HVAC company I have never been treated with such disrespect.
They always take care of us and get what we need! Highly recommend
Great place, great and knowledgeable staff and great products. You do need to be an HVAC contractor to purchase here, however, if you want have any of this stuff you should call a qualified professional anyway. Don't be a hero... call a qualified professional... like me. Call me.
