We had new air conditioning and furnace put in.We were very pleased with our experience. Workers were professional and on time. They explained everything to us and made it easy to understand.
Honesty should be their number one quality but it would have to pair with quality and price point. East Coast worked on the heating system for my business in December, saving us $20,000. When our home AC took a hit, East Coast was the only company to call. Jason came to our home the same day to give a price and within three days was back to replace the units and correct old duct work. Chelsea runs a tight ship in the office and is able to answer any questions you have. Jason and his team are professional and friendly. We would recommend East Coast to everyone.
Excellent service. They showed up on time for an estimate and also for installation. The price was exactly what we agreed upon, no hidden fees or unexpected "issues". The team was courteous, respectful and cleaned up like they were never there. They even made friends with my dogs. Would highly recommend.
Chelsie was so helpful and let me know in advance before they came. Jason was quick and efficient and even helped with other small things around the house. They came as soon as I needed them without delay. Highly recommended!

I have heat!!!! Called Gold Medal and was quoted almost 800 bucks 😳 Called East Coast and they came out same day and fixed me up for a fraction of the price! Would def recommend! Thanks guys!!!!

Our central air conditioning unit decided to die in the middle of a heat wave in June. Jason came out same day we called to give a quote verbally and in writing and scheduled the work for a Friday (2 days later) because he was trying to accommodate me so i would not have to take off time from work. He arrived that Friday morning on time as scheduled even though his second man had called out due to COVID. He diligently worked on replacing my unit by HIMSELF while contacting a new partner to meet him to help finish the job. The new second man showed up and completed the job with Jason. Both men were knowledgeable and reliable. They answered all my questions. Jason provided a guarantee on his work and factory guarantee was attached tot he new equipment. I could not be happier with the level of service provided to my family to help us survive that first heat wave of the summer. Job well done!

Ac down, called them for help: arrived in 15 minutes and fixed up everything with 10 minutes, charged me a very reasonable fee. This is what I call a great service :)
I came home from work and noticed that my air conditioner was not working. I checked the power, switches and emergency shut off. All was okay but the unit wouldn't start. Then I called East Coast to make an appointment. The customer service agent asked me to check a couple of things to make sure that there wasn't a simple fix. After, I asked for an appointment. They came over very quickly. Verified the different components, gave me an estimate and then replaced a part. The technician stayed for 15-20 minutes to make sure that all was working. It was done at a reasonable price. I would use them again.
This company needs more recognition. I shopped around for other local companies and East Coast was #1. Jason was professional and straightforward with great prices. Words can’t express how great Jay and his crew are! Never a bad experience in the many times I’ve used them. Reliable, honest, Knowledgeable and reasonable prices, best around. On one occasion my AC stopped working on 4th of July weekend in the middle of the day. Jay did not hesitate to come to the rescue! He came out immediately and did the repair and had the air working before leaving . They are the absolute best!

Jay installed a new AC/heating unit for me in 2020. He is professional, efficient and did a great job. Today was one of the hottest days so far and my electrical crapped out. I called, was attended to quickly and they came by within 20 minutes. Highly recommend their services.
Jason and East Coast replaced my 30+ year old furnace and installed central A/C. Jason and East Coast were easily reached by phone and reliable and prompt. The furnace replacement was neat and professional and everything was explained in advance. And for the first time I have a house with central air- thanks to Jason and East Coast. Let’s face it- no heat is no fun- and HVAC is one of the biggest investments you can make in your home- I am happy I trusted Jason and East Coast to get the job done!

The owner - Jason - responded when I had no heat. By the time he arrived it was working. No charge. This happened twice more. No charge. The third time though he arrived and there was no heat. By then I was fed up with not having heat and was concerned with the holidays approaching. Furthermore my AC unit developed a leak over the summer and I knew I needed a major overhaul. That was a Lennox. I told Jason I wanted everything replaced on his third visit. Jason was very kind and repaired my old furnace for no charge so I had heat for 48 hours until such time when he came back and installed a Trane furnace and AC system. My Lennox was 10.5 year old. The warrenty was 10 years. Maintained it twice a year every year with Browns. Never again for both Lennox and Browns as I learned over the summer Browns was not cleaning the outside AC unit. From this point forward I'm a loyal East Coast customer and I'm not shy about sharing my positive experience with my neighbors and friends.
I am so glad I called East Coast Heating to take care of my problem. Actually, Jason took on the job as his problem, which was very reassuring. He and Carl installed a new heating system, did it beautifully, and left no mess behind. They took care of things like it was their own home, and I am very relieved and grateful!
