VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Never called ahead of time to see if anyone was going to be home. Saw he was at my home through the ring camera & when I mentioned he didn’t call because we were not home he responded with “then call someone else” like what professional responds that way. This was also the second plumber to come to the house because the first one couldn’t fix the problem because he didn’t have the right equipment. Never will I recommend this plumbing service & I will also be letting family & friends know to stay away as well.
These guys were absolute professionals. As soon as they walked in, they were like your water heater is completely shot and it needs to be replaced. We are sorry to inform you but we want to be honest with you and I appreciate it that. They fought hard for me and they were able to get the retailer to get me some warranty on the new water heater. Overall, I would say they are smart, quick, clean and efficient
I highly recommend Bob and his crew. Super reasonable with pricing and fast response time. They were very knowledge and also aware of our budget and worked with us every step of the way. Will definitely use them again.
I called two other plumbing companies and the problem was never fixed I even had a carbon monoxide leak. Thank God for Bob Vena ❤️ he Thank God for Bob Vena he saved my families life without him I would’ve continued inhaling carbon monoxide. Remind her there were two other companies at my house that didn’t know that we had a carbon monoxide leak. Bob and his assistant Toni came and figured out all the issues in my house from my sewer to the flood I had that my toilet looked like a volcano irrupting. And no one can figure out the issue but Bob Vena. Not professional. I tried to get them to come help and repair a sump pump line and they said they are too busy for that sort of thing and immediately hung up.

We had a huge major gas leak in our house, the main line basically cracked leaving such high amounts in the house that the fireman turned the entire line off. The levels were so high I ended up at the hospital. Thankfully, I'm absolutely fine now and everything is fixed. Bob sent his team out the second we called. His guys worked for hours fixing and repairing everything. Triple checking and inspecting making sure everything was safe. Tony and Sam were amazing. I cannot thank them enough. Bob and his crew are honest, polite, calm, more than reasonably priced, and the best at what they do. I was a nervous wreck and they just got to work and did what they had to do. You could see that they were worried for our well being and safety and this wasn't just a job to them. They take pride in their work. I could never have the right words to thank them enough for not only coming out so quickly but also for taking my families health and emotions into perspective. We weren't just a customer to them.
Bob has been my plumber for over 25 years. He's always prompt and respectful. Prices are reasonable. He's replaced several water heaters, hooked up my stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. He's replaced one of my toilets as well. If I have a problem with something he doesn't do, like air conditioning, her refers me to someone he knows is reasonable and won't take advantage. I have referred him to several people who also were pleased with him and his workmanship.

ordered all the supplies like he asked, then when I Called again didn't even remember who we were, changed the price, which again I was okay with long as work was done in time, was told twice he will call back, never did, personally I don't care if you can't get work done, but please let me know you can't or don't have time. But to drag it out for 3-4 weeks and not remember who we were was very unprofessional, will never use and neither should you
I needed a wall oven installed in my home that I purchased on Lowes.com. After a month of countless phone calls, waits, and visits to Lowe’s I finally gave up on them installing the unit. I called Bob on a Thursday and he immediately answered my call. He told me he would be at my house the next day to assess the situation and indeed he was. He gave me a proposal for the installation and completed it three days later, the following Monday. He came in under budget, as Lowe’s had incorrectly told me I had a gas unit and Bob verified it was electric. After literally a month of back and forth with a faceless corporation which supposedly cares about customer service, this local small business man saved the day. I am very grateful I found him and highly recommend him.

We had a hot water heater emergency. I left a message at the # on the site and Tony called within a half hour. Came to look and give an estimate within a half an hour from the call. So very fast and efficient. We needed to replace the heater. He did an excellent job (was also patient with all the questions we asked, the heater they put in was much better so we weren't sure how it worked). He was also super kind and nice. Very neat as well. He just left 3 hours ago (after 10pm). Very happy with tonight. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thank you for an excellent job! **Update 2021** I left a positive review 2 years ago when you changed out my water heater so it won't let me leave another one. I decided to post because I wanted to mention the honesty with which you operate. I had to call you guys to have a shut off valve replaced when Best Buy refused to install a washing machine without it being replaced. Tony came out and carefully inspected it, he made sure it works correctly and then told us it did not need to be replaced. He even wrote it out for us to give to the installers when they come back. He could easily have done it and charged us for all the work instead of the nominal fee we paid and we wouldn't have known the difference. I commend you on honesty over money. I would hands down recommend you to anyone and will continue to use you guys. Thank you!
I've called Bob for a few repairs, including a mysterious shower leak that he was able to diagnose. I like that you don't have to wait a week for him to show up. He's been a plumber forever and he knows his stuff.
