Tom is the best and I have always been very satisfied with my experiences with Precision Air. Highly recommend Brandon came today to check out the loud noise when the heat comes on and was able to explain the situation and was very professional and helpful...I appreciate the promptness and I highly recommend Tom and precision air every chance I get!
The technician was polite, well informed, and friendly. Amidst the stress of a home sale, Tom and his team responded immediately to address my concerns. They inspected and determined items on the inspection report, which helped move things forward and ease some stress. I am glad that I used Precision Air.

The entire HVAC system was installed and maintained by Tom n his company. They have maintained the units and serviced them 2 x a year. We also had two repairs, both covered by the warranty that they fixed from start to finish. We appreciate the professionalism n trust Tom n his company to complete the job and complete it well.
Quick, efficient, friendly
We have used Precision Air Inc. for our house and all rental properties for over 25 years. They keep themselves up to date on the current HVAC technology and do quality work. Techs are well trained, friendly and respectful of your property. Response time is good, especially for emergency call outs. The annual maintenance contracts are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

Brandon, the technician, arrived on schedule, and was friendly, capable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the reason for unusual sounds our system was making and came up with a possible fix. He then was able to perform the scheduled spring maintenance service.

Pleasant and thorough.
I called the company to report that wall thermostat of HVAC system was not working(blank screen). A technician was sent in less than two hours and repairs were immediately done. Technician was very polite, knowledgeable & helpful.
