PFO Install team was dedicated to getting the job done right. The workmanship was outstanding. They also followed up after installation to see if we were happy with the Job. The temperature had dropped below freezing and our furnace suddenly stopped functioning. "Call Princeton Fuel right away," were the first words out of my wife's mouth. I called, and Gary answered the phone. Thank goodness that we always renew our maintenance contract with Princeton Fuel! Gary immediately dispatched Ron, the technician who has performed my annual service tune-up. In addition to being a Master HVAC Technician, Ron is the Consummate Professional! With extraordinary expertise, Ron quickly diagnosed the root cause of the problem and replaced the faulty part. Voila! We were up and running! Obrigo O Senor Ron! Full disclosure. When we built our home, there was no natural gas in our development. Oil was the only home heating choice. Ten years ago, the natura gas company delivered piping and a meter directly to the side of our home. We choose not to convert from oil to gas. Why? Because oil is safe. No tragic explosions or asphyxiations. Our decision to continue heating our home with oil is due, in large part, to the consistently outstanding service and responsiveness with which Ron and the entire Princeton Fuel Oil Staff have delighted our family for thirty years. Day 1 tech was great. On time. Quickly diagnosed issues. Resolved immediate fixes and ordered part that came in the next morning! Day 2 Ron Teixeira arrived and had the new gas pump installed and a new thermostat. Staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you PFO!!
Saturday call. Ron responsiveness was great, knowledge is top shelf, friendly, answered all my questions and works very efficiently. Good suggestions and fixed problem promptly. Would use again! Update, Ron and helper came out to work on three additional projects. Again very professional very friendly and knows his stuff inside and out did amazing work again! Update: a year later runs back out putting on a humidifier on the furnace. Not even here half a day old stuff's gone new stuff's in he walked me through how it works what to do. Ron is absolutely the best don't let him ever retire. Update, Ron is the guy.
Called at 430 pm today since our oil heater shut off. Was told by service department that a technician would be out some time in the evening. Called back at 930 pm since no technician arrived. Got a call back for the emergency technician and he never received a request to come to our house. He is now on his way. We have automatic fuel delivery and a service contract with this company. Extremely dissappointed with how this was handled!... An update. Chuck Gainey, GM at PFO did personally call me to apologize for the situation regarding the issue with the service the night before. I do appreciate the follow up. I have been a long time customer.
The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, he had a great disposition even after being out in the worst weather this season. Real nice guy!
Ron was on time, very professional, identified the problem with our condensation pump, and made the repair readily. He was fantastic in giving me a thorough understanding of the way it worked and tips on avoiding any future issues with the system. I highly recommend Ron and PFO for your heating and/or AC needs.

Have had a good experience with the company over about 20 years from new system installation, oil to gas conversion and yearly maintenance. Even when the news is not positive, system at end of life, the technician provided clear helpful information and initiated contact required to investigate replacement options.
