Tech obviously knew his stuff and fixed my AC in less than an hour after getting here. It was affordable and there was zero sales pitch for “maintenance” or anything else. I’d recommend this company to my friends.
Frank...came out within a timely manner & diagnosis our system right away. Frank was very informative & professional & explained further options for future plans in upgrading our system. We would recommend his company to anyone for service or installation.
We just had a new AC/heating system installed by Frank and his team. Our plumber of 50 years recommended Frank to us, he said Frank is the best around, and the best they were. Everything we were told was delivered plus! We couldn't be happier and if it were possible to give a 10 star review we would!! Franco came out on a Sat. early eve. with i/2 hour after my phone call to him. Being 65 I can tell a veteran HVAC guy that KNOWS his craft and that's Franco. Explained every step of his diagnosis of my outside a/c unit and show my the bad parts. Also explained (but did not push) general tune up maintenance can save you BIG trouble down the road. HIGHLY recommended !!!!
Highly recommend! We had our A/C stop working in the morning and they were able to have it fixed and cooling by the afternoon within hours of calling (on a weekend!). Joe was great, very courteous and professional, and provided us a clear explanation of the problem and solutions. We will definitely use again for any future issues! Thank you!
Frank and his team replaced my AC unit and did an amazing job. They were honest and professional and the quality and outcome of the job really demonstrated that. The team was very respectful and did the job right. They were also on time for appointments and responsive to any concerns. I worked on getting my furnace/air conditioner replaced for FIVE YEARS before i found this company. When frank came out to do my estimate, he was a total professional, and i felt confident in his assessment because he was the owner and would actually bw working with his team. When the guys came to replace my system everyone so super polite, they took care to keep my house liveable, and at the end of the day, it was like they were never there. At the end of the job, they went in depth on next steps for warranties, running the system and township inspections. I will happily use this company again in the future for any of my heating/airconditioning needs. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Frank and his team were very professional and knowledgeable I barely knew his team was working and performing such a large job! They removed and installed a brand new heater and AC in one day! Everything came out amazing and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC maintenance and/or repair.
We needed to replace our 30+ year old heater and air conditioner after the heat stopped working during the coldest day of 2022. Frank came out the next day - we were expecting to wait at least a week for anyone to see us so that was a pleasant surprise. He is very friendly, answered all of our questions, and went over all of our options to find the best product for us. When they came to install everything, they had to move some furniture to maneuver through our living room and they did so gently and with respect towards our belongings; they also put everything back when finished. They put down mats to walk through the house to protect the floors and wore hairnet looking booties on their shoes to prevent tracking dirt. Everything in our home was treated with respect and professionalism. Frank also gave us a recommendation on where to get a good deal on a new thermostat to save us money which was very nice (PSEG Marketplace for anyone wondering). He also sent out one of his guys to install it within a couple days. Overall our experience with Frank and his workers was professional, efficient, thorough, and informative.
We've had an emergency during Christmas and Frank came over right away to help us get our heater repaired during such a busy extra cold season... They were highly professional, friendly, reasonable rates and speedy service with warranty of up to a year. I have been a customer of Frank and the team at Central NJ Air for over seven years. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received from expert caring professionals. Whether it has been a major renovation, regular maintenance, or emergencies, Frank always responds quickly to assess the problem and gets a team member out quickly when needed, sometimes within just a few hours. I consider myself enormously lucky to be their customer!
Overall experience with having my AC system replaced was excellent. Appreciate Frank taking the time to always answer all of my questions clearly, cost of replacing system was very reasonable and appreciated money saving options presented by Frank. Team was punctual, professional while doing work, careful when removing old and installing new equipment, entire crew did a great job!

I highly recommend Central Jersey Air. We have been using them for several years, including multiple HVAC repairs and recently a new HVAC purchase and installation. I can't speak highly enough of Frank (owner) and his team who did a fantastic job installing a new Trane dual fuel system for me recently. One of the things I really liked was that Frank attended to both spec the system as well as for the actual install; that wasn't the case for other companies I evaluated. Frank was also able to assist me in obtaining 0% financing for the entire install.
