January 2019 we are in Disney World on vacation , Ray a young man checking on our home informed us our heat had stopped working . I phoned Gary and told him the problem . Now this was going to be the coldest night of the year and if our water was not drained in the next few hours . Well needless to say a monetary disaster to replace pipes and furniture etc etc would have occurred , a total calamity , a vacationers nightmare coming true . But thanks to Gary and his crew at the end of the busiest day of the year for them , dead tired they climbed into my crawl space and drained our water out of all the pipes and safely shut down everything . The next 2 days in the coldest weather replaced our furnace , ac system , condenser ,tested all systems to ensure all would be ok . Started our systems and basically saved our home . I might have written a review a few years ago , but I am still thankful for Gary and his men's dedication and caring . Keeping us updated by phone as the process progressed .Thank you again , Merry Christmass and a Happy New Year to all of you .
My experience with Delhagen Plumbing was top notch. My outdoor water spigot was not working. I called and spoke to someone in the office and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. My technician, Joe was not only on time, but super courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. He went above and beyond to solve another issue with the access to my pipes. He solved what would have been a huge problem with my wall and replaced the faucet without issue. He was neat, thorough and above all very professional . I highly recommend this company. Delhagen picked up the phone immediately, and was the only plumber available within the week when all other plumbers are scheduling a month out due to Ida damage. Two young professionals, Kyle and Jeremy, came out promptly and did such an incredible, professional job with the plumbing of our new house. They discovered the previous owner had a false faucet over a bathtub that required a real faucet for a CO, and ran a new water line right then and there. They really saved my b*tt! They'll be my first call for future needs. Highly recommend.

They repaired my underground water pipe that had been leaking.They were on time at 8;00 am that morning .They were polite & did a great job cleaning up the.job site before they departed.I would have no problem using them in the future😁👍
Delhagen has been fantastic for helping us fix a bunch of old plumbing in our 1957 house. Generally arrive right on time, text notifications with pictures of the techs 30 mins before they arrive. Dispatcher is super nice and all the workers are really professional. I've had them - inspect and clean our HVAC - replace a water heater -install a shower fixture and fix a leak - replace an entire section of old leaky cast iron -Install a new toilet All the work has been beautifully done (pictures of new PVC sewer pipe and water heater attached) and the staff always clean up whatever mess they make. They even swept up some other dirt i had in a pile from before the repair lol. Workers are also super great at explaining things for the first time homeowner. I've asked them a bagillion dumb questions and they are happy to show me and explain everything. And they honor all their coupons you get in the paper/valuepak. AND THEY TAKE CREDIT CARD with no extra fees. If you need plumbing done, definitely call Delhagen.
I’ve used Delhagen Plumbing several times since moving into my house in Hamilton last year and I’ve been thrilled with the professionalism and work I receive. Plumber J.P., has come out to rectify and replace numerous plumbing issues in my house. He takes the time to explain to me my options and is honest when it comes to the amount of time and work some jobs will take. Jackie in the main office has been wonderful to work with and has gone the extra mile to help my family when timing was an issue. As long as I’m in NJ, Delhagen Plumbing has my business.

I went with Delhagen to install a whole new HVAC system. The process was outstanding from start to finish. Jim came and assessed my needs. They gave me a detailed quote with a reasonable and fair price. They scheduled the work very quickly (I was expecting delays in getting the equipment and in scheduling the work). Jim, Brett, and Isiah were here for the better part of three days. They were courteous, and professional and kept the workplace clean. Their work was impeccable - no shortcuts were taken. They explained everything they were going to do before they did the work. At the end, they explained the whole system to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Delhagen and especially Jim and his team for any HVAC or plumbing work.
This place would have gotten five stars from me on many accounts: reasonable prices, timely delivery, quality installation, pleasant front office rep Jackie. What really soured my experience is dealing with an account manager, Christel. I have asked to make sure I'll be getting a rebate from the very first phone call. However, three months later, after numerous phone calls when I was told that the paperwork is 'in the mail', I finally got Christel on the phone who claimed that they never promised a rebate. In stead of issuing a sincere apology for her oversight, she tried to blame everyone from the receptionist to the State. So rude and unprofessional! Needless to say, I will never use them again.

They came out the same day I called and had us back up and running in know time. The young man was very courteous and explained what he was going to do before hand. Great job .
Broken central air unit in the middle of summer! I called the office at 11:05 am and described my problem. The office said a tech would be there between 12pm and 3pm. At 11:30 am two techs arrived, found the problem in 15 minutes and changed the broken part. All done in under an hour, that is stellar service! Tech was polite, respectable, professional and kept me informed during the entire process. THANK YOU!
Delhagen was not able to help with our problem but steered us in the right direction (blocked sewer line). Not only did he save us from getting scammed out of thousands of dollars by Roto-Rooter but called the following day to check in and make sure that we got ahold of McMullen Plumbing and that our problem was being taken care of. That level of concern for someone who isn't even a client speaks volumes as to the quality of character of Delhagen Plumbing! HIGHLY recommend!!!
I called at 8am when they first opened with an issue involving my boiler. By 9:05, there was someone at my house and by noon, it was fixed and working better than i can ever remember. I don't know how you can do any better than that with your customer service. I am happy i found this company and would recommend to anyone. This type of customer service is impressive.
