Kevin Carlamere and John Zingana of Bob's Heating and Air-conditioning were an awesome team who did an excellent job installing two new 7.5 ton AC units in our home. They were efficient, responsive and on time. We would highly recommend this company.

We used Bob's to install split air conditioning, they were very professional and the installation impeccable. We then used them for our gas boiler, the installation is great, and when we had an issue the responded immediately. Everything about this business is great and the people are professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

We are 100% satisfied with the installation of our new Heater and AC. From our first interaction by calling Bob’s and asking for a quote until the installation team packed up after completion it was a perfect engagement. Bob showed up to meet us and we immediately felt comfortable and confident that we selected the right company. He examined our current equipment (which was 20 years old). He clearly explained numerous options to us. He told us he would detail these options with pricing in a formal quote by the next day. Sure enough, the quote arrived showing all 4 options. An email or 2 with follow-up questions were quickly and thoroughly answered. We agreed upon an installation date and his team arrived that morning. Casey and Antonio were top notch. Very polite, excellent installers and left our basement cleaner than when they started. I set up with Bob an appointment for an estimate. Bob left me a message half an hour prior our scheduled meeting time, after office hours, asking me to call him back. I did as I left work to meet with him but, being after office hours, I could only leave a message. After more that a week I haven't heard back from anyone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ In my world that's not courteous service.
Bob and his crew were amazing. They were professional and very easy to communicate with. From the get go they began by coving our hard wood floors and new carpets before any work was done which was greatly appreciated. Then his crew began to take apart the old HVAC with precision before Bob proceeded to install the new HVAC. Bob is a pretty funny guy. At least he tries to be, anyway! But he is extremely knowledgeable about his job and he really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable about the entire process of installing a new HVAC. I was very satisfied with the work that he and his crew did and I would recommend his business to anyone. Thank you Bob.
Bob's Heating and AC just finished installing our new AC and heating system. Bob was informative when evaluating our heating needs and provided several s options with different price points . This allowed us to select the best units for our home. The crew was great. They were on time, efficient and professional. I've used Bob's heating &air conditioning before and you always get great service and professionalism . Bob told us what they were gonna do and the work got done .They were polite and worked very neat. They installed a new A/C unit and in the attic and new compressor outside . Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning was OUTSTANDING! They came highly referred so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Bob came to give an estimate for a an AC install in my almost 100 year old home (plaster walls, layers of drywall over the plaster etc.) and he provided estimates for traditional AC and mini splits. He talked me through the process and was more than willing to answer questions. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Made me feel that he was happy to help which was in stark contrast to other companies who had a very different attitude. I never felt like I was being up-sold on things I didn’t want or need. Honesty and integrity! The team of 2 that arrived to install was just as incredible. They arrived on time and were meticulously neat and clean. They moved things out of my closets and attic by themselves to make room for the units and ductwork. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They truly went above and beyond. I had imagined living in a bit of a construction zone. Not the case, they moved from room to room covering my floors and furniture and cleaning up so by the time they left for the day it was as if they hadn’t even been here. They consulted with me throughout if there were any options or alternatives I could choose from. 2.5 days later they were completely finished and again, my house was left in amazing shape. No touch-ups needed! I had called a few places and the estimate process alone was a nightmare with most telling me traditional AC wasn’t even possible or would take 2-3 weeks seemingly saying anything to discourage it! Save yourself the time and grief and call Bob’s!
We had a first class experience with Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning. They came promptly to our home to assess our heating needs, followed up promptly with an estimate, which included excellent options for financing if needed. When Bob showed up to our home we were surprised to see that it was THE Bob of Bob's. He was knowledgeable about our specific needs based on our home size, existing framework, and future plans, etc. He was caring about restoring heat to our home as soon as possible, straight-forward in his approach, and polite. His team who did the install came out the following morning, promptly at 7:30am and completed the job on time. They were also intensely considerate, professional, and polite while in our home. Both the quality of the work and the experience we had with Bob's was exceptional. We were happy to learn that they are a local company, who was based in Haddon Township for many years before relocating to nearby Cherry Hill. We have not had one hiccup in estimation, installation, customer service, or an issue with our heating since it was installed. It's important to me to mention by distinction that we did get multiple estimates for this job, and the experience we had with their competitors was night and day. Can't recommend this team enough, and so appreciative of the care they took for our install. Don't waste your time, just call Bob's!
