Allied Experts defined their scope and price very clearly and professionally. The PSE&G financing program was very favorable. Installation and follow-up inspection went well. We are very pleased. I would encourage any homeowner to consider this.

We are investigating the PSEG Energy Star pgm. If qualified you get a rebate from PSEG for 2k on the home improvements. The sales force is less informed than I would like and created several false impressions. Next comes a better informed person who corrects some of the errors and schedules an Energy Audit. The Audit actually looks at Water Heater, Furnace &AC, AND attic insulation. During the very comprehensive look at those elements the auditor found 2 gas leaks at the meter and remnants of an old dead squirrel in the attic. I've been impressed by the auditor and his attention to detail. More info later as we get further into the process

I was approached by this company at my home. They offered new AC/HVAC/Hot water system through PSEG Energy Savings Program. They were pushy, did not explain all information, it was sign sign sign without time to fully read the documents. Then when the work was almost done but they needed to come back 1 more time to fix the door hatch...then it was threats that I would lose the program funding if I did not sign right away that they had completed the work, when infact they still had to come back. After that I experienced 3 gas leaks at my hot water heater. 1 PSEG took care of and 2 Allied had to come back and repair themselves. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was more headache than help.
Mark from Allied came out to access my home. He spent almost 2 hours looking at our heating and air conditioning units and going into 2 attics and a crawl space. He was very knowledgeable and explained how we are losing our heat in the winter and a/c in the summer. He also was so kind to tape up something on our heating unit where we are losing a lot of heat. I would recommend having them do an evaluation of your home. I will review the work after it has all been completed. Thank you, Mark!
Mark came out for our assessment was so patient with a very chatty 4 year old and a large dog! He made sure to go over all the program info and was very helpful with the process!

I cannot recommend this company enough! We were referred to Allied by a friend and went ahead with a meeting with them and a couple other companies. Allied was by far the best option! We felt comfortable from the get go! No high pressure sales! No annoying calls. Just honest assistance from step 1. Every question was answer quickly. Our house is over 60 years old and needed special care when it was time. The install team worked efficiently and got everything done in an appropriate amount of time! If you're looking for information about any of the services Allied offers call and talk to them! Set up a meeting! It will only help! Just to add an update...had to have a service call today. Irwin was the lucky winner to draw us. He was great! But then we have never had a "bad" tech! They have all been great!
