SNH P&H replaced a furnace in my condo in 2020. First of all, I was having floors done also so they were removing and putting back toilets in my bathrooms so the flooring company could replace the floor. When it came time to put the toilets back they blew me off. My flooring people waited a whole day (as I work all day) for SNH to show up and they never came, no call, no show. I had to scramble and get another HVAC company out there to put the toilets back. Then, during the summer of 2022 I received a call from my mgmt company saying that my neighbor below me was getting water coming through the ceiling of their utility room directly below my furnace. Upon further inspection, the condensate tube that channels the water from the AC was never properly secured or was never connected at all. I had to file an insurance claim as my neighbor's damage was significant. I recently contacted SNH P&H to come out to determine why water is pooling under my furnace when I run the AC and because I have an unpaid invoice (from the toilet removal/replacement) that never happened, they wouldn't come out. Also, because I wasn't having them come out and do the annual PM (preventive maintenance) they wouldn't honor their work. I subsequently had another HVAC tech come out and that's when it was discovered that the tube was not connected. I have pictures and a statement of what he found when he opened it up. It had been leaking every time I used my AC potentially since 2020. My ordeal is not over as the AC unit seems to take forever to cool my condo whereas the previous unit was much more efficient. That shouldn't happen with a 3 year old unit. Beware of SNH P&H.
Ever since moving back to NH, 6/23/21, we've had SNH Plumbing tend to our Plumbing projects. These office staff has treated me as if I were a friend, which is quit refreshing. The creek that have been sent out are truly masterful at their work. Courteous, Kind, Friendly along with a take charge and fo us on the project. They arrive on time and finish on time, and even sooner in some cases. The most recent project was working with our contractor to build us a bathroom in the basement. Again, their work was masterful. I am extremely confident in highly recommending SNH Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!@
I recently had the pleasure of using Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating out of Londonderry, New Hampshire and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. We called early in the morning due to our hot water heater malfunctioning and they were able to come out the same day to replace it. The team of three people who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly swapped out the old water heater with a new one and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process. I will definitely be recommending Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. We decided to replace our aging oil burner with a multi-fuel boiler that burns oil and wood. I contacted numerous plumbing and heating contractors and most did not want to install a product they did not already sell and service. I contacted Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating and one other company that were willing to quote the installation. Andrew came by to scope out the job. He showed me images of a large project he completed at Pinkerton Academy which gave me confidence he could handle this installation. Andrew also noticed the water heater was leaking and mentioned he could replace it under the life time warranty. Andrew provided a quote which was lower than another company. The boiler weighs over 2000 lbs. I received a quote from a rigging company to move it from our garage down a flight of stairs to the basement. Andrew said he could rig the boiler and quoted a lower cost. The work was top notch. The heating zones were completed in advance in their shop and is a work of art. See attached picture. If you are looking for an honest company to provide a fair price for a project that is unique, look no further than Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating. We also use the sister company for oil - Southern New Hampshire Energy. The price is the lowest I've seen in the area.
Very pleased with the great service once again! We had a problem with our boiler. Of course it was late in the afternoon when this happened. I called and spoke with a super nice Lady. She called me back with several options and she was able to send an after hours Tech over. He had us back up and running in an hour. The boiler hasn't run this good in quite awhile. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
Called for an emergency on a Saturday and they were here within 1.5 hours. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. Upfront about pricing and explained everything that needed to be done. I would give a 10 if it was possible.

Highly recommend! From the initial contact to diagnosis the scope of the issue to the completion of the project, Andrew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and his associate worked quickly and cleanly in replacing old copper return pipes. The price was very reasonable. We also just switched to their heating oil service and expect to save almost $1k a year!
When our furnace went down Andrew showed up in less than two hours, took care of the problem, and had us back online...all on a Sunday. Thanks for coming to the rescue!
Emergency call on a Sunday morning. Andrew came out in an hour and replaced the motor in or busted furnace. Quick, responsive and very reasonably priced - especially for an emergency call.

Jacob and Mark did a fantastic job and were 2 of the nicest guys you could ever want to meet. The dispatcher was wonderful and was beyond helpful for this emergency. I can't recommend this company enough!!! They are my first call from now on for any plumbing need.
Very responsive on a Sunday. Within 2 hours he was here and fixed the pipe. Very personable. Would absolutely use or refer again.

This winter I shopped heating oil prices and found SNH to be substantially lower than my previous provided. I also found it refreshing that there were not a lot of "extra" charges such as hazardous material delivery fee. Their fee has been what they quote me, no surprises. This week I was in need of maintenance of my oil furnace, the team arrived on time and got right to work. Both members of the team were professional and took the time to explain what they did. I am very happy with the switch to SNH and would recommend it for others in their service area. Great business to work with.

Do not use this company! I had a basic baseboard added to our addition and it has been nothing but problems. When they installed they left a line on our furnace that leaked over night causing a pool of water in our basement. They apologized and did come the next day to check it out and informed me the service rep forgot to remove it…I also informed them of a popping sound coming from the baseboard. They came out to “fix” it which was never fixed. Here it is the middle of winter and it’s still making the same sound if not louder. They do not respond to voicemails and the woman on the phone is extremely rude!! Unprofessional and lots of errors that they are not willing to make right. AVOID!!
