Sanford installed our heating/air conditioning system 16 years ago. In that time I have been continuously impressed by their techs. Brett just did our air inspection. He was outstanding in both his knowledge of the system and , equally important, was his ability to explain to me what he was doing. All this time he was patient and very pleasant.

Personnel are courteous and competent. Each Sanford tech I have had do work for us knows their stuff and is easy to talk with. They all seem to value and respect their customers.
Had our HV/AC cleaned, and our vents blown out. The 2 guys were very professional and on-time. They were very respectful of the home and cleaned up after themselves.
The whole team was respectful, quiet, and worked really hard. No long lunch breaks, no coffee breaks, plain steady work.

We started this summer with our central air unit struggling to blow cold, so I contacted Sanford and they got someone out to us the very next day. Mike, our tech, was friendly, prompt, worked efficiently, and was all-around great to talk to. He was honest, helpful, and obviously very experienced as he was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and we had nice cool air blowing within a half an hour of his arrival. We opened a membership with Sanford and its all because of how great Mike was. Thanks again!
Jason & Dan removed our old furnace and outdoor house AC and installed new units. They were polite, thorough and did a fabulous job explaining everything to us. In addition they added a new return duct to enhance efficient and cleaned up after. We highly recommend them and would request that they handle all maintenance and service for us in the future. This is our first time receiving service from Sanford. I was extremely grateful for the time the tech took to explain the situation and for the many options that he provided. Zach did our AC maintenance this past week and did a great job! Was timely, professional and gave us good advice, not trying to push anything that wasn't needed. Brian is our normal technician and he is awesome as well. Great to be able to have multiple techs to trust every time out.

I have been using Sanford for 12 years I like these folks. I have a service contract with Sanford. Just before summer comes they come out and make sure all is good with my AC. The just before the winter it is my heater and Rinnai. Awesome job.
Sanford was recommended to me by my neighbor to replace my defective heating system about a year ago. I called them and they promptly attended to our needs and recommended the necessary fix - they replaced the old system with a thankless heating system and I have been extremely happy with the work perfomed. Brian B is a true professional! Recently I had an issue with the Goodman AC system and Sanford was prompt to respond and Brian once again showed up and was able to identify the problem and quickly fix it. We had 2 visits. The first was to diagnose the problem and order the part needed for repair. The second was to repair. Both times Zach L arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He installed the motor and then checked that the part was functional.
