I was first introduced to Ethical Home Pro out of desperation. I had spent a lot of money on HVAC systems that was not running correctly. After going through 5 or more different companies, I found Ethical. They diagnosed, completed and fixed the work others had done. What a relief! . I then found out that they did water testing for wells. I had them do mine. Again extremely professional and did a good job. I thought I was having well problems, so I thought to call Ethical and they said they repair and replace well pumps, but when they came in they found that the problem I was having was due to plugged water softener. To my happy surprise they also did water softener systems. They diagnosed the problem repaired it and did an out standing job. They are my one stop shopping for HVAC, Water Softener and Wells repairs. They are extremely knowledgable and very professional. I recommend them to my family and to anyone that needs professional and good service.
Ethical Home Pro was great to work with. We had a water softener system installed by Kyle a few weeks ago and he was fantastic. Kyle explained everything without even asking him, was great at communicating, professional, and friendly. Kyle was extremely thorough and came back two weeks after the project was complete to ensure the system was working the way it was intended. We would definitely recommend Ethical Home Pro! I'm an Engineering Professional. They did a stellar job in all aspects of this installation. They installed a new state of the art Amana Gas Furnace and also a Dual Mini-split from Mitsubishi. Both installs were done perfectly. They were prompt, professional, clean, and cost effective. I quoted 5 companies and I am glad I selected Mike & his team. As a V.P. of a large Engineering Co., I know what a great job is. They did a great job!!!

As a condominium board member, I arrange for the maintenance and replacement of our 8 common-area HVAC units. The condominium has used Ethical Home Pro for all our HVAC needs since the company's founding. In addition to annual springtime HVAC AC maintenance and fall HVAC furnace maintenance, they have also replaced 7 of the original 8 HVAC units. The board continues to utilize Ethical Home Pro because of their professionalism, skill, and dependability. I have worked with Kyle and Brian the most, but every technician I worked with through the years was top notch. The condominium also selected Ethical Home Pro to service our individual owner units on a signup basis. Further, I have used them to replace and maintain my HVAC unit and, most recently, my water heater. On this last job, Kyle and Moe were quite skillful, exceptionally careful of the flooring, and upgraded the system to current code. They took the time to clearly answer my several questions. I highly recommend Ethical Home Pro as a reliable and professional company.
This company is absolutely amazing. Ethical Home Pro had serviced our units a few times and we always had had a great customer experience. However, we ended up in a situation where our units just wouldn't turn on and they came to the rescue. Huge shout out to Kyle - he is knowledgeable, kind and patient - he put our mind at ease that it would get fixed. Within minutes, he helped us troubleshoot and make the fix via phone. Ethical Home Pro installed a new furnace and A/C system for me last year and Kyle just left after giving it all the one year check. I have been so pleased with all their work. The work is done on time, efficiently and the men are so good at explaining things. No other company had ever mentioned changing the filter on the humidifier --I didn't even know there is one! Ethical Home Pro is honest, prompt and courteous!
We used Ethical Home Pro in 2021 for purchase and installation of a ductless split A/C system in our home and were very pleased with their promptness and professionalism. We were also having some issues with an old pressure tank for our well, and had them replace it and also update the water softening and treatment system. Both of these systems have worked flawlessly and made life easier. Would definitely recommend them, especially Kyle "The Water Guy" for your projects.
Very happy with Ethical Home Pro. My AC started leaking and Kyle came out and repaired it. He was prompt and profession and took the time to explain what was going on. He also made suggestions for future updates without being pushy. Highly recommend!

I recently installed an above ground pool with a Hayward natural gas heater. They ran the natural gas line (I dug the trench), hooked up the heater and made sure it ran properly. They were extremely professional, competitively priced, punctual and honest. I would work with them again in a heart beat. Really appreciated the teams hard work and guidance through the process, permits, inspection and startup.
We have used them twice. Kyle has been excellent, hes very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. He was very professional and helped with new homeowner quiestions.. Thank you again, and we would highly reccomend Ethical to anyone.
Ethical Home Pro installed my mini split system and they were FABULOUS!! from Mike Giangarra the salesman to Billy and Zach that installed the system. They were fast, thorough and worked very neat and clean. They would check in to make sure I was happy, from where they going to install the units to the outside piping. Can't recommend them enough.

The previous HVAC company we used left us a bad taste in our mouths. This time around, I had to call 6 companies, read through their reviews, and compared prices before selecting Ethical Home Pro. From the receptionist, Brook, who answered the phone to the technician, Brian, who came out to perform the maintenance services says a lot about the company. I was thoroughly impressed! Best of all, the furnaces are more responsive now. You can tell a lot about a company before set foot in their door just by the way their receptionist answers the phone or by how they treat you if you visit in person. Brook was very professional and pleasant from the start. She listened and not talk over the customer. I had to called her twice to ask question and she was not annoyed. Other company can learn a lot from her. Brian, the technician, showed up right on time with his mask and the booties on to keep our house clean (we don’t wear shoes inside the house). He was thorough and knowledgeable in performing the maintenance, answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. He did this on 3 furnaces (different brand) on two properties. One of the furnace was in the attic. We noticed furnaces are definitely working better now and comes on immediately when adjusting the thermostat compared to before. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this company. Their price is reasonable. Skills, knowledge, and Customer service… they provide the best value! We will contact Ethical Home Pro to come back for AC maintenance in the summer.

Ethical Home Pro is an honest company with honest employees. I always trust that they will resolve my HVAC concerns and do the job(s) for a fair price. Ethical Home Pro doesn't try to rip me off or sell me something that I don't need. Unlike some other companies in the area, these folks know HVAC!
My central air was not working. I called and they were able to send a technician the next day (others I called said it would be a week). The technician arrived on time and had a equipment right on his truck to fix. I was so impressed I signed up for their service plans.
