Told the charge to check my pool heater was $150 guy charged me $220 just because he took 3 bolts out. This guy had a chip on his shoulder the whole time like i had something to do with the price that they said, almost kicked him out my house will never use these scam artist again.Was told they will get back to me with an estimate they said parts were discontinued I googled the part an it popped up in 2 seconds. These people aren't helping nobody but themselves.

They charge $230 per hour and round up on the time. A simple toilet tank repair cost over $430. They should at least inform potential customers of this inflated rate prior to performing services.
I hired for disconnection of plumbing for new appliances and then reconnect everything. The disconnect went fine. They came back 3 hours past the time frame they told me they were coming. 2 guys came and I got charged for both of them to be here and got charged a rediculous amount of money. The job was not finished based on the timing of my countertop people coming. When they returned 4 days later, they suddenly told my gf that the shutoff valves needed to be replaced ( nothing was ever mentioned to me). Added another $615. The same tech was supposed to also install a microwave, it was never done. The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinets, as discussed. When I called to convey my displeasure for the service I was told by Dwayne he would speak with techs and Rob about finishing the rest of the job and seeing about making me whole with everything. That was 6 days ago and haven't heard a single word from anyone. This company is dishonest and I will never use their services again.
Very professional, definitely knew their "stuff", timely and were able to fit me in with 2 hours notice! Will use them again.
I rely on Rob Roy Mechanical for all of my HVAC needs, and have never been disappointed. Pricing is fair, employees are exemplary, their work is on point!! Absolutely recommend!!

Very professional, kept me informed as he completed shower drain leak repair, dishwasher installation, shutoff valve repair, toilet installation, and completion of tub/shower faucet installation. He also cleaned up after himself.

I can’t say enough good things about Rob Roy Mechanical. I called at 9am for an estimate and they came right away. They replaced several leaking connections and replaced my mixing valve on my boiler. Mike was very professional and his price was far cheaper than several other companies. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They will be my go to plumber in the future.
Rob Roy mechanical is amazing to work with. Very responsive with the estimate. They where on schedule for the work and kept a clean work area.
