I loved that Tech showed up in a timely fashion. He was patient to explain to me exactly what I needed to know he provided me with accurate details and pictures to back it up the education was very valuable, and I appreciated the fact that I felt safe respected as a woman and a single mom. There was no intimidation I highly recommend them two thumbs up for me.
Sams Heating And Cooling installed all new ducts and vents when we remodeled out house, and we use them for preventative maintenance and repairs also. We recently needed a fan repair and they checked the warranty, got it done, and did a great job. Our account tech is awesome, knowledgeable, efficient and overall a great guy to work with

I emailed Sams Heating And Cooling last night and received a prompt response. The technician arrived the next morning to install the window unit. Unfortunately, the one I received was damaged, but the technician went the extra mile and returned to get me a replacement. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience! Sams Heating and Cooling come highly recommended.
The technicians from Sams Heating And Cooling did a fantastic job while cleaning our air ducts and after that air is passing quite fine. Now we can feel the fresh air, all because of their skilled workers did their job honestly. Highly recommended for better air duct cleaning services. They are the best in the market!
Sams Heating And Cooling gave me my estimate on the spot when they showed up to look at the job and came in several thousand dollars cheaper than the other 3 competitors. The Installers showed up on time and were very professional throughout the day when faced with questions. I would highly recommend Sams Heating And Cooling!

I just bought a house in the area and wanted to have a routine check of our HVAC system done to ensure everything was working properly. We also wanted to get an estimate on how much it would cost to install a humidifier. My husband called and presented the question to which the employee responded that it would be $125 to have a technician come out and look at the system before they could give an estimate for services. My husband politely stated that other companies had easily given us an estimate over the phone without coming to the house and charging a service fee and the employee then hung up on him. Very rude and disrespectful to new clients. If this is how they handle the initial phone call, I can only imagine how they would treat a customer going forward. I will never again consider them to work on our system!
They were very prompt, courteous, on time and had a great customer service. The technician was reliable and knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem that afternoon and gave us tips to maintain our unit. Went out of his way to make sure the AC was up and running before he left. Sams Heating And Cooling services are the best and we would use them again and recommend them to our friends without hesitation!!!

We hired Sams Heating And Cooling for our furnace replacement.The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable on what they do. They answered all of my questions and they were polite and friendly.They went beyond to clean up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.
Our air conditioning unit stopped working all of a sudden. I called Sams Heating And Cooling due to all the positive reviews on google and I definitely made the right decision. Technician came the next day, assessed and fixed the issue on site. His communication was great- called when he was on the way, was very knowledgeable and charged a fair price. Thank you Sams Heating And Cooling for your over and above customer service this week! Our old unit went out on Sunday morning. They had someone out here immediately! They sent someone out every day to get our old heater to work until the new unit could be installed 3 days later. I can't say enough about everyone connected with this company! We highly recommend this company to everyone.
Service man called before he came. He was on time and worked efficiently. Air conditioner was serviced, surge protector was added to the unit. I appreciated the update from the service man. The filter had been ordered prior to the service call, so that it was available at the time of the service.

Last week our air conditioner stopped working and we scheduled an appointment with Sams Heating And Cooling to fix it. One of their technicians showed up and was very thorough in addressing the problem. He was also very polite and professional. By the time he left, our air conditioner was working just fine.Will highly recommend them.

I had 2 gas fireplaces installed in my home and had a great experience with Sams Heating And Cooling on the installation approval team. I had one small issue with one of the fireplaces and they took care of it. Very positive experience and would definitely recommend.
Service was great from the first call to get a technician out to look into our older air conditioning unit! Scheduling was quick the technician was very helpful with all my questions throughout the new install process. Install was quick and everything was up!
